On the estate i used to live on, kids parents didn't really care about their children, they're all basically feral to be honest. One night a group of kids about 10 decided to pick a fight with my sister which wasn't a good idea on their behalf. They also try and set fire to anything. But then again there are some sweet kids who wouldn't think of doing horrible things. At 12 i was too obsessed with Busted to think about hanging about on the streets haha.

My point precisely, if you say they shouldn't be permanently and painlessly dealt with now, what the fuck are they gonna be like when they're fully grown.
