I'm sure I don't need to explain to you what happens with a kid when you throw him or her in jail for 15 years either, do I? They don't come out as decently functioning adults, I can tell you that. What you're doing is brush the problem away and make sure it comes back as a bigger one.
Do it to them. See how they like it.
But seriously, why the hell would kids that age want to do that to their peers. I just don't get it. I would suggest taking them into care, as their parents are clearly not doing a good enough job caring for them, but I'm not sure that wouldn't screw them up even more.

I'm from South Yorkshire... Barnsley to be exact and this is sickening, I know stuff like this goes on in other parts of the world, even other parts of England but never would I have thought to have seen this so close to home... we have some shit here I'll say that, we have idiot drunks I have to fight my way through every now and again in town, there's quite a few chavs here and there, but there not bad chavs there not evil, I'm friends with a lot of them and have grown up with them, but this I'd never expect some thing like this.
Well im more in favour of extermination with these kind of kids. Im not talking about removing the useless like some hitler clone, but kids like this. What use will they ever be, if they are unpunished they can do it again, if they are jailed liek you say they will just come out as better trained angry people,you think you can "fix" kids like this? Tie em to a stake and shoot them both live on tv, send a message. I know we shoudnt punish "children" but at this point you need to radically redraw the lines of childhood, for me they stop alot shorter than GBH and Rape. Children were protected under the law because of a percieved innocence and because they didnt commit crimes of this magnitude, these kids showed premeditation,repeated offenses, brutality, sexual offences not the kind of behaviour exhibited in regular children.The King And His Fool said:
