Not quite the same thing, but mine is the Esoteric Order of Dudenetics: a religious order based out of a dude ranch, who believe the Great War happened because people gave up being cowboys. The founder was an actor, and an avid dude rancher, named Rock Cooper, who had gotten a hold of a copy of Dianetics by L. Ron Hubbard. Embracing the ideas of Hubbard, but adding in his cowboy enthusiasm, Rock took as many followers as he could to his personal ranch (which had a fallout shelter), and began coaching people on how to act like cowboys (based entirely on Westerns he starred in).Zer_ said:

hte UGR was formed by survivalists across the world during the resorce wars by someone by the name of black star. after a cuple of years the govements of the world noticed the UGR and declered them as cultists who worsip the end. but as a famaly they all stayed togther and trained themself's in milltery and police tactics(because most of them were cvilians and the millitery srvivalists trained them). 7 years before the bombs fell the UGR started building bunkers also known as area shelters for all survivalist's. after the bombs fell what remained of the UGR whent north to create a new civlisation.

global republic ruled by a council of the diffrent contrys who are apart of the UGR.

flag: skull in the middle with metal wings on ether side with rhe letters UGR at the bottom middle and the nation flag that the UGR is in on the top left(eg the usa flag is on the top left).
milltery uniform: varies between the diffrent contry's.

trooper:
camo gear with salviged armor and helmit with gas mask.
officer:
same as trooper but with beret.
tech level: the equivalent to the enclave, brotherhood and pre war millitery tech.

The Wasteland Legends
Description:
An group who has 4 members so far in all of the Fallout Timeline, it is a group made for people who are like the Vault Dweller, The Chosen One, The Lone Wanderer, The and Courier and the rest of the protagonists, their are currently two people in the group (The Lone Wanderer and The Courier, The Vault Dweller is dead and the chosen one is unknown?), they wander the wastelands and help anyone or any community until that person or community are on its way to rebuilding, their ultimate goal is to recruit multiple people with their kind of powers, skills and perks until they recruit enough people so they can help every part of the country, destroy evil and mutents until the whole country is rebuilt, then they spread all over the world!
Karma: Lawful Good (Bascily good)
Goal: Rebuilding the world and killing all evil.
Government: Make their own ultimate Government only made up of good people.
Allies: Brotherhood of the east, NCR (Neutral allies, this will happen until they take it over, any truly good faction or comunity)
Flag: A world with two swords through it with a halo above the world (Basicly soldiers of god)
Enemies: ALL EVIL! and trying to make truly good allies.
Uniform: Whatever they can find, Must have Flag on their sleeve so people can run.
Higher ups have glowing eyes and wings since they are good.(Also they may have armies that arnt like them but they have complete control over them) but are seperate to the group.
Weapons: Whatever they can find or make, since they are specially trained for every weapon.
Punishment: Death for REALLY bad crimes, prison for other crimes. All specialists can tell if the person is truly evil.

The Fez Men. Basically, they're a group of men that wear fezzes and sunglasses, and believe anyone who doesn't wear a fez is inferior because they were conditioned that way in a Vault. They wield desert rifles and mostly wear suits or desert camouflage (despite living in D.C.). You can join them if you wear a fez, which also gives you +3 Charisma for awesomeness.

the steel angels are the most respected and feared 6 man group of the best mercs, solders, etc put together. they are chosen by the shadowry figgure known as black star. the steel angels come into exsitence evry 30 years and there mission is to help the wasteland into the new futre. there emblem changes but the main one is a sword with metal wings like the sas emblem. the currant steel angels are the 7th steel angels (hells steel).
