Throwing a Eurovision party, baby!
What do you do at these parties?
Is it just a normal party with Eurovision on in the background
(this may not work for me, my friends are v/ musical and we either have loud, predetermined good music on, or we're making music. Or playing Rock Band)

Nah, I can already tell what votes each country will give out... It's just too pathetic and obvious. And I'm sure the band my country enters is beyond embarrassing.

No, the only time I was excited about Eurovision was when the following song was involved:

Bleh.. Generally I hate this kind of music. And if I recall correctly, the Dutch have a particularly embarrassing thing going on. No thanks, I think I'll skip.

Can't be bothered with it, although I have to admit, Lordi was hilarious.

The songs there are all the same. Whenever someone does anything differently they win (Good examples are Estonia and Finland.).

hell yeah I just want to see who has the worst song
but is wogan doing it this year?
Sadly no, he quit after last year with all the controversy and Russia threatening to cut off oil lines etc., and he left as:

1- He predicted Russia would win, due to the politics involved.

2- We actually had a decent singer last time, and still came bottom due to the politics involved.

It was hilarious when that serbian woman who won it once called it 'a new dawn for serbia'.

we pay for it all anyway...

Theres no more Wogan mocking them constantly, he has instead been replaced by a television reject (graham norton), hence no reason for me to actually want to watch it. I will however watch 5 minutes of it to determine if he has even an ounce of potential to be even remotely funny. This is highly, highly doubtful.

This is what me and my fellow estonians think of Eurovision:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2r2LrMaAquE

That song was chosen for Eurovision as a way to mock the whole event. Note that it's not done by singers and it's not sung in estonian.

Living room full of people with beers and food making fun of all the cheesy performances. It doesn't matter how musical you are, just how seriously you take yourself.

The Eurovision is dead...does anyone actually care about it, at all?
I think some eastern european countries might.

Apart from that, I don't think there's anything.
OI!

Do not stereotype us!
