Well, When I was in Lebanon(Small Middle Eastern country) visting my family on my Fathers side, we were at a restaurant where you could get lamb testicles.
Ooh, my friend is a missionary to Mongolia, the "welcoming meal" was a pot of 400 boiled sheep testicles... she said it's the worst thing she's ever tasted, bar none.

The best meat I've ever had was crocodile, when I was in the states I bought a big bag of crocodile jerky (beef jerky but made of crocs)
WTF? So good?

I won't eat human flesh or... Yeah that's all

I will eat anyting as long as it was killed with respect and treated with dignity in life. So basically I won't eat veal.

I think I draw the line at dogs. I have too much emotional attachment to them to eat one. It would just feel wrong to me.

As a vegetarian, all of them.

But to look at the wider picture (and try to not get flamed), why should you not eat any particular kind of meat? It's all just animals.
To take the OP's example: why not dog? Other cultures eat them just the same, and it's not like they do anything for humanity any more (except pets)
Because most people don't realize that NO ONE eats 'pet' dogs. They have an image of some asian restaurant slicing up a Labrador for dinner.

In actuality, consumable dogs are bred for being consumed. If you ever saw one (Well, not you, as you are vegetarian, but a meat consumer version of you), you'd feel no compulsion to deny yourself what I am told is some pretty tasty meat.
I hear that.

I'd never eat the meat of something endangered, but other than tgat I'm i for pretty much anything.
Except human meat ofcourse.

I wouldn't eat dog meat, anything that's still alive, hazardous because of diseases/poisons, anything that I don't already like (shellfish for example), anything that smells bad, endangered animals.

I'll eat anything so long as I don't know where it came from. For example, I'll eat venison as long as I don't hear the story of how it was shot, what part of the deer it is, etc.

Any kind of seafood of the animal kingdom. It's an animal and therefore at least technically meat. Also endangered species like others have said, unless I hate them for personal reasons.

Edit: I forgot, I'm also NOT into canabalism.

I'd have to go with the endangered animal thing, and humans too. I'm a vegetarian, but it's not really possible to stay strictly vegetarian when traveling in some places. Last place I was in was Japan, and I ate bees. They were surprisingly delicious. I consider experiencing and respecting another's culture important, but I will not eat your whale sushi!
