You know, that video somehow made me think of dinosaurs begging the meteor not to fall because they will not be able to adapt to the environment when it does... Kinda like the argument all the big videogames/music/movies companies use over and over again. "Oh no, we are making only millions of dollars instead of the billions we used to. We want things to go back to the way they were ten years ago!"
It's just useless. The internet has and will continue to change the way we relate to the entertainment industry. Everyone will have to adapt to the times or die. There is no turning back.
And in the particular case of the porn industry, who cares? Homemade porn is there to fill anyone's needs if the big industry goes down, which will in all probability never happen anyway.

Besides, why would you even need to torrent something? You can piece together pretty much a whole scene just by downloading the free samples. And I only recognized Kimberly Kane and Joanna Angel.

So what? If an industry can't keep up - and it clearly can't, given the success of internet porn - it should either evolve or die.
They don't deserve ANYTHING for operating in a way that is no longer profitable. It's not "right", it's not "heroic", it's not "honorable". Times move fast, and if you're stuck in the 70s/80s - I assume "official" porn tapes and magazines reigned back then, popularity-wise, you deserve to die.
