I fully support a homosexual's right to marriage and believe that there is nothing wrong with their orientation. I have even had gay men think I'm cute, and have had to politely decline with the statement: "I like boobs". To that end however, YEAH, I like to see 2(or more) women go at it because that is a serious turn on, but watching guys......no, not a turn on. In fact, kind of a turn off. Sorry, but most straight men, I don't care if you think it's homophobic or not, but they are NOT going to be as accepting of the image of guys being together then they would women.

It's not that they are afraid or hateful to the men, though it could express itself that way, but rather that they are HETEROSEXUAL, and therefore find women hot and men gross.

People like that are called douches. I personally don't care what consenting adults do as long as long as they don't tell me what to do.

Personally, I don't care what your sexuality is as long as it does not cause me grief. Like seeing two people making out in public (tongues and ALL of it). Doesn't matter to me if its two heterosexual or two homosexual people; it seems rude all the same. It is even worse when I knew that the two gay men were crackheads (shaking, chewing, etc).

@Trivun: I don't think this thread is meant to condone men who enjoy watching 'lesbian action', that's just the porn industry. This thread is to condone men who enjoy 'lesbian action' then turn around and hate gay men or unattractive lesbians.

So, what do you say to gay men who are able and willing to address that desire?

Also, one may note that the Bible says "Thou shalt not lay with man as you lay with woman" or whatever so this is an attitude that was prevalent even back then (Or else, the Hebrews were not aware of lesbianism. Which makes no sense at all.).
Anything and everything in the Bible should be taken for what it is: A snapshot of the world as it was at the time.

Meaning, beliefs that existed thousands of years ago are not necessarily useful anymore. People in Biblical times believed homosexuality was wrong because at the time, humanity needed to punish behavior that endangered its own survival - hence religious homophobia. But now that humanity no longer requires everyone to produce offspring, homosexuality is no longer the danger it once was.
Yeah, I was just pointing out that the Bible didn't condemn lesbianism, which is a little odd if you think about it. I don't take every word in the Bible to be literal, I take as a set of guidelines for a large group of nomadic Jews (at least the Old Testament; beyond that, I have some very interesting conspiracy theories dealing with the Catholic Church and translation. i.e. (does anyone know what that's short for? Ipso examplum?) the word "witch" in the OT (OK, it's not New Testament, sue me) verse "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" should be translated correctly as "Thou shalt not suffer a poisoner to live." Just sayin'.)

Ahhhh...fratboy humor!

...Personally, I don't see why lesbians would appeal to anyone. Yeah yeah, stare all you want...they're probably not interested in you as long as they have the modified jackhammer under the bed. /:

...But then again, I'm nearly asexual. Maybe my brain works differently.

Not that odd when you consider the ancient peoples' opinions on women.

Since I'm usually honest on the internet, to a certain extent (especially on the Escapist), I'll be honest now. I do belong to that group of people who enjoys seeing lesbians simply for the sake of 'lesbian action', if you understand what I mean. Then again, I guess most guys my age do anyway. But at the same time, I have no problem with homosexuality in general. I'm 100% straight, although for a time I was slightly confused myself and I admit that for a very select few people I would possibly be willing to experiment. But in general, I'm open minded, and if my best friend was to come out tomorrow then I'd have no problem with it, as long as he/she didn't try coming onto me. As long as it doesn't change the person, 'gays' are just the same as 'straights' to me. Personality is what matters, that's all. Why should gay people have different rights and be treated differently just because they happen to be attracted to people different to the majority? It's just plain unfair and discriminatory, and for the record, as a victim of bullying for a long time I hate to see other people discriminated against, for any reason whatsoever.
That pretty much summed up everything I would want to say.

Hmmm, can't say as that has ever happened to me before, but I know what you are saying. You know what, I dunno. I'd like to say if I was in love, and they had the required parts (whether they were born with them or not), I would be ok....but I can't say for sure.

In the meantime, I will stay with my curvy female companions, for they fill me with much happiness. Just as I do to them.

....
...

Sorry, I know that just sounds bad.

Ummm... I think they just meant what if you are hit on by an overweight gay man...

Or maybe I took it wrong.

I guess it all comes with being a strait dude. I support rights for everyone, however, i will admit, if i see a dude making out with a dude, I find it pretty fucking gross. I am NOT saying I don't think they should do it or think it should be illegal, I just find it to be a bit disapitising, which is perfectly natural. However, girl on girl obviously in a strait mind like mine is much more appealing. Attractive female=good, two attractive females=better, two attractive female doing stuff to each other= hell yeah. Obviously if someone's bigotive they're bigotive, and it would be if i said "DUDES SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO FUCK BUT GIRLS SHOULD BECAUSE I LIKE IT" but I don't think it's wrong or hypocritical for a strait guy to prefer girl on girl to guy on guy, given the context.

i have a headache.

anti-anti-homosexuality is starting to get on my nerves, even moreso than anti-homosexuality.

its not ok to hate someone for being homosexual, but its totally great to hate someone who hates homosexuals.

I think if everyone-- homosexuals, anti-homosexuals, and anti-anti-homosexuals included-- just took a big ol dose of STFU, in oral, transdermal, and suppository forms, my headache just might go away.

then please apply the same formula to the religion threads.

Both situations described here were considered in my question.

What about those who hate those who hate those who hate the homosexuality etc etc etc
