Jack Thompson thought I was a demographic of people he can use to earn public recognition by morally opposing loudly. It worked for awhile. After all, some video games are pretty violent/sexual. However, he was a little too insistent on morally ambiguous grounds, and now he's a permanently disbarred ex-lawyer who is mostly forgotten. I would say he was wrong, but this thread makes him at least partly right because we're still paying attention to him.

Oh well.

As for me, since I've played nearly anything, I can't think of anything I wouldn't be.

Lately, I've been playing X[sup]3[/sup]: Terran Conflict. I suppose I could be considered a criminal mastermind whose legitimate business dealings in intergalactic trading are betrayed by the blood-soaked hull of my ship as I am really a homicidally-inclined space jock who has engaged in many various murder sprees against sentient creatures for a paltry sum of credits.

Can I not see that I am corroding the very moral fabric of the X-universe with my murderous greed?
