You know, I may be wrong here, but even though diamonds are the hardest natural material known, can't diasmonds sratch other diamonds? If his gums move the diamonds around, the diamonds will sratch, and cant that produce tiny diamond slivers? His mouth is basically a death=trap if he accidently inhales those tiny slivers.

my biggest concern would be if he grinds his teeth. I have to imagine he will be getting the top row replaced after the BS dies down from this being reported. Everyone knows now that right before he became huge his jaw was eviscerated in a car crash. So if those were already "Fake" teeth it makes this seems a bit more understandable, but no less silly. I still appreciate him when it comes to hip-hop. Granted rap is garbage compared to back in the mid-late 90s East Coast hip-hop but it could be worse. I need someone to calm me down after hearing Lil' Wayne's brain damage muttering about how "Since he and ET are both hideously ugly it makes them BFFs", and Kanye does that! Wu-Tang would work a lot better but these days you can't be too picky.
