Oliver leaned back as Jason punched, the uppercut missing him. He then countered with a left hook towards Jason, augmented significantly by his own energy.

Renegade held out an energy-infused arm to stop the blade, but had reacted too slowly and was still spun around by the sheer force of the blade. He kept spinning until he faced Lucifer again, and sent a flurry of punches into the scorched spot, intent on weakening it through sheer repetition.
Buck waited until he saw an opening, and sent a punch towards the back of Lucifer's head.

The hissing demon said nothing, but reached behind a nearby tree, plucking its third scythe from where it had struck. He charged Karen quickly, swinging both scythes for a killing blow.

The hooded man let the bullet pass through his intangible body, then moved forward. "My name is Lars." He said, before pulling out a second pistol. He used his two weapons in tandem, sending a haze of lead at Shadow.

The Rat Pack soldier tried to respond, only to be cut off by an artillery shell exploding, destroying the tree that had just been calmed by Tef. He pointed up to the artillery outcropping and said "Try telling that to them!"

Gaz jumped down in front of the Ronin, the Rat Pack rallying behind him. Rat Pack soldiers mowed down Ronin as they got close, while Gaz roasted the pair closest to him. He turned to what he identified as their leader and shot a Gigabolt at him.

May surveyed the battle while a medic tended to her wounds. Suddenly, her radio crackled to life as a voice sounded out. She recognized it as Jayne.
"Second Company's here."
Mounds of earth and rock sprung to life, as Garret's troops were impaled by the spells of Jayne. She appeared over the top of the mountain, dozens of meta-humans behind her sliding into the artillery outcropping, where they used their various powers to decimate the equipment. Billy, their leader, charged the Ronin and smacked one in the back of the head with his baseball bat, knocking him out cold.

Shadow smiled pleasantly taking smoke form. "Hello Lars-Dono. I'm Shadow. Nice to meet you." He opened the rotor and dumped out the empty shells, replacing them with extreme dexterity.

"Odd" Tef said as he flew up towards Kor and confronted him. Kor yelled quickly for them to adjust fire and gave a small nod to tef. Tef gave garret a small look and then summoned up a giant barrier of wall which blocked the advances of the rat pack

He turned to billy and swung is sword nimbly at the fact Billy had so many things wrong with his stance

Jason blocked the attack easily, and drew his blade in a motion that would slice off Oliver's left arm. It was a stronger attempt than usual, and more force was put behind the sword slice than in his uppercut.

Lucifer's armor didn't even dent, but Lucifer slid back a few inches. He then countered with another sword slice, that should easily decapitate Renegade.
Memoir snickered and loaded his massive assault rifle. He laughed and pulled back a slide on it. He grinned at Douglas. The 7'8" werewolf gave him a rude one-handed gesture. "Ye shed fack aff. Ye blitherin' Ediot!" Memoir smiled "Of course. Shirly."
"Witaver."
Douglas turned and fired a shot from his automatic shottie. It blew off the head of one of the Ratpack. They slowly advanced out flanking Tef.

The Rat Pack was delayed by the wall only momentarily, as Jayne's magic almost instantly dissipated the earth, allowing the Rat Pack to continue their assault unabated.

Oliver retracted his arm and twirled his longsword, catching Jason's in the air. He let up a bit, then put more force into his push to give him enough room to fire a pulse of energy towards Jason's face.

As the sword made contact with Renegade's neck, a flash of dark energy repelled the blade. As Lucifer back away, Renegade blinked a few times, as if trying to stay awake. He shook his head and went back to the battle, sending a concentrated beam of energy towards the darkening spot he had made.

"Do it now Tef" Kor said to tef. Tef gave a small sigh and initiated the avalanche. Thousands of tons of rocks detached from the mountain and rolled quickly down crushing anyone standing in its wake.

Karen thought Douglas died she was mistaken. And they are Ex-Black Earth Mercs so Their lot is with Karen. As she is the one who went out to find them.
Jason reacted fast, throwing up an armored hand to block the energy. With the energy dissipated on Jason's armor, Jason backed away a few inches, and swung his blade in a large arc upwards. Fire erupted from the blade, and raced towards Oliver, cutting into the ground and leaving a fiery trail as it moved.

Lucifer blocked the attack easily, the energy smashing into his blade before dissipating. Lucifer then stuck his blade in the ground, and sliced clean through the ground, sending dust and dirt flying towards Renegade. Lucifer followed up quickly with a slice towards Renegade's chest.
Oliver is fighting Jason...
The rocks rolled down towards the Rat Pack forces, but Jayne quickly stepped in front of the group and got to work. Focusing, she grabbed hold of the entire avalanche and smashed it into the ground, packing it back in to ensure that no danger would come to the Rat Pack. After the effort, she sat down to catch her breath. You'd think they'd stop using rocks to attack me by now.

With Gaz's assistance, the Rat Pack quickly finished off the last of Garret's ronin still in sight, and regrouped with Second Company, led by Jayne. Gaz briefed her on the situation.
"Gaz still has a group camping out up there, but if we can get to them without him teleporting, he's dead. We've got two minutes, I'd say, before he jumps again. Give me some flyers and I'll finish him off."
She nodded and called over two men in suits of heavy armor. "Meet Willis and Gull." She said. The two pounded their fists and nodded to Gaz, their new commander. He grinned and hopped onto his hoverdisc, leading the two flying brutes up into the air and over the remains of the wall. Gaz surveyed the survivors Garret gathered around him and declared "Weak."
He began with a wide-spread blast of lightning, supported by miniguns wielded by Willis and Gull. They sprayed armor-piercing bullets all across the enemy, dropping a pair of ronin.

Oliver's armor worked well, absorbing the flame with little damage. He conjured a bladed gauntlet in place of the sword, and thrust it towards Jason's abdomen. He was thinking of ways to try and knock him out, but deadly force was all that seemed to get through.

Renegade covered his face, the rocks tearing up his skin and clothes. When he lowered his arms he was revealed to be without any lasting damage, however. He spit out a glob of blood that had pooled in his mouth. His eyes pooled with a black liquid and shot open as far as they could, before black flames shot up from the ground and began to lick at Lucifer's armor, burning with far more power than any attack he had used yet.

Sorry, I was working on stuff.
Anyway, pretty much everyone but me is out either attacking or defending a militia base. And yeah, lotsa swords and stuff, but the mooks and a few characters do have guns...

Rachel sat up when she heard a voice coming. No way is the fight over already. She though as she got out of the bed. She unlocked the door and pocked her head out. "Yeah, I'm still here." She said, her voice a little soft in case it was Jason. Maybe he decided fighting isn't as important. "Come talk to me in my room." She added before slipping behind the door, thinking the voice was Jason's.
The blade bounced right back off of Jason's armor, and Jason quickly lunged towards Oliver' bringing his blade in for a slice at Oliver's left side, while using a clawed gauntlet to attack Oliver's right side.

Lucifer brought his arms up, trying to stop the flames from reaching his mask. When that didn't work, Lucifer simply jumped away from the flames, the only thing different about him was his armor was now stained black. Lucifer lunged forward, feinting a slice with his great-sword when he was really aiming to punch through Renegade's stomach with his gauntlet.
