As soon as Garret was gone, Gaz fell onto his back, gasping for air as the blood pooled around him. Renegade saw what was happening and went to him, stitching up the wound with dark energy. He knew it wouldn't be enough to heal him, so he lifted Gaz up and started to leave, only to turn and give a message to Kor.

"If Garret managed to survive, tell him he'll need back up next time."

The pair then disappeared in a black shadow, leaving the blood-stained field behind them.

 

[Vesuvius Hetlan]

Shadow rushed over to his fallen master. "Master!" He looked around calmly "Medic! Medic!!" He shouted out to anyone near. "Shit! Shit!"

 

[Moderationintime]

"Don't even worry about it, that guy barely did any major damage, just some fried nerve endings thats all" Garret said as he began to clean his sword. "I am pretty sure they have some cheap ass way of healing, like a immaterial object or something"

 

[Vesuvius Hetlan]

Shadow swore "Shit. I've failed as a servant." Shadow's hand became smoky and he wiped it on Garret's blade, leaving it sparking clean.

"Anyways it was a duel so you did what you were supposed to, they are going to come back soon and swore that they will being back up." Garret said as he finished cleaning his knife.

Shadow grimaced. "It..it is as you say, goshuujiin-sama." There was obvious disappointment in his eyes.
"Do you need anything else?"

 

[Moderationintime]

"No I just need some sleep, keep watch for me" Garret said as he stretched his arms and fell asleep in the hospital bay bed. "Also Shadow, Line the hilts of all my swords, with high explosive,activated by remote"

Shadow saluted. "Yes Goshuujin-sama!" he clapped and went to work. "Work, work, work!"

Sorry, friends came over for a while.

Rachel stared at Jason a little. "Sure, I... I just need some time to think things over." She scooted to the corner of the bed and curled up in to a ball again.

He... he never knew. I basically killed him for nothing. I killed him because I couldn't do anything to the person who did this to me. But... but why? She started to rock gently back and forth, unaware of Jason still being there.

Jason sighed, turning around again and closing his door behind him. He walked back over to Rachel, and put his arm around her. He pulled Rachel closer to him, wanting to reassure her that everything was going to be okay.

"I'm sorry Rachel... I can't leave you like this." Jason whispered, trying his best to make her feel better.

Rachel looked up at Jason when he puller her close. She kissed him and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Thank you." Was all she could think to say, and buried her head in to Jason's chest, waiting for him to do something, anything.

Beat opened her eyes feeling warmth in her body again. It was a nice feeling, considering she had been dead for a while now. She managed to defeat the demon by using Krillin's power to absorb it all. He was now trapped in Krillin who had been then taken by the angel so that the Demon could face judgement. She stood up and stretched her arms, yawning. The angel had, for helping her, given Beat's body life again. She walked out of the club where they defeated the Demon and looked around. I wonder where Karen is... She flew up, smiling at feeling the air resistance again, and looked down at the city. She projected her voice using her powers so that Karen could hear her if she was in the city. "KAREN!!! KAREN, WHERE ARE YOU!!!?"

Karen looked around bewildered "Sugar?! Where are you?!" She ran frantically towards the voice calling out for Beat. "ALICIA!!! I'm coming for you!" She muttered under her breath. "Nano-traces activate!"

 

[Fallen-Angel Risen-Demon]

"KAREN! KAREN I'M UP..." Beat moved down to street-level "MAKE THAT DOWN!!!" She flew towards Karen leaving some mild blasts of sound behind her to make herself quicker. She made her voice normal again. "Karen!" She tackle-hugged Karen after slowing down slightly so not to rip her in half.

Karen fell back on the street. She started crying "Don't you EVER do that again! I was so scared! I was so scared!" Karen hugged her tightly not wanting to let go for fear it was all an illusion. "Don't do that...Just don't."
