Garret gave a wolfish grin and pulled out a detonator he clicked the switch down and the two knives embedded in Darkfire's neck exploded violently[hr]Kor flew with his flock of birds through the tree's he perched on a branch and stared at the front of the cave. He stared at Clare momentarily and gave a caw he fluttered over to Clare and perched on her head.
Umm... Jason was underwater, so unless Oliver can breath and talk underwater I don't see how your last post happened...
The explosion could be seen above water, but nobody besides Garrett knew why. Water splashed upwards, but Darkfire didn't resurface immediately. It was a few moments before Darkfire emerged, and he seemed nearly unharmed except for a spot on the back of his neck that dripped with black blood. Darkfire flew up hundreds of feet into the air, and then just hovered there. He seemed to be waiting for something, but only he knew what it was.

Emily walked over to Rachel and grabbed her arm, pulling her towards the building exit. Emily knew that Rachel was in shock from Jason's transformation, and so was she. Emily had only seen Jason transform one other time, and that was under the surveillance of the Ancients, her leaders.
Emily now needed to get Rachel and herself as far away from this place as possible. If she was correct in assuming what Darkfire was about to do, they needed to either find shelter or get away from the city... fast!
Garret stared up at the dragon from the chunk of dirt he was floating on. He stared at the dragon a bit more and scratched his head. it looks familiar, where have I seen it before He thought Jason cole's power is fire but Kor said he had turned into dragon's before Garret blinked back onto Darkfires back. "Jason?!" He screamed into the Dragon's Ears
The dragon's first instinct was to lash its head out to one side, throwing Garret unceremoniously off his back. It turned down to look at Garret as he fell before a dark black fire engulfed Darkfire. When the fire cleared, Jason stood alone, standing on thin air as if he was standing on the ground. Two dark wings sprouted out of his back, each appeared to be the same as before, but from far away they appeared to be bird wings. He had a tattoo underneath his right eye, something that appeared to be from a long lost culture.
I hope that didn't seem to godmoddish, but I assumed that would be the best way to bring Jason back to human form.
WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH YOU GUYS AND PUTTING YOUR DRAGONS IN UNLIKELY PLACES
As Jason loomed over him Oliver began to grow worried; this had all the makings of a bigger threat than Fafnir. "Okay Jason." He said, walking up to he and Garret. "You've won. Garret can be dealt with later, but right now we need to go after Amaranth, he's the real threat."
Rachel shuffled along with Emily, doing her best to not slow Emily down. "Emily, will Jason be okay?" She asked, not sure how to react. She still hadn't completely gotten over Tom dying, and now she might lose Jason, too.
Emily didn't say anything, but pointed up towards Jason, who was now in human form again. She continued to drag Rachel along though, making sure not to let Rachel fall behind.
"Come on, we need to hurry. Jason will be fine, he's already regained control over Darkfire, and he's back to his human form." Emily lied, knowing that Jason wasn't truly in control again.
Rachel nodded, feeling slightly better about Jason, but she knew that he could still die very easily. She did quicken her pace, however, and was helping her and Emily move faster. I guess he will be alright. Maybe I should be going and get to somewhere safe. Maybe he'll get out, and we can get back again... She continued on this train of thought for some time, and continued to with Emily, hoping to get somewhere safe soon.
"We need to end Amaranth quickly... if not he will cause more destruction here." Jason said, almost completely ignoring Garret's apology and instead beginning to fly slowly towards Amaranth. He didn't wait to see if Garret was following however, it was as if he believed he could bring down Amaranth alone.
"How many men do you have left Garret?" Jason called back, wanting to know if it would be possible to evacuate the remaining civilians.
"Well Rachel is still in the city, and she doesn't have anyway out of here. She's powerless, and Amaranth is on a rampage. If nothing else, I need to get her to safety before I fight Amaranth." Jason said, turning to Oliver, "You should probably go help your wife, she needs you more than we do."
"Clare looks, much older" Kor said as he knelt down and looked at Clare. "Has your mother told you about me?"
