Bionic Commando. I know I know. Not a lot of people liked it, but that game can be straight up fun.

Oh that, and Haze. It's basically a satire of most mainstream FPS titles out there.

Anybody remember this game?

It's a headache to play multiplayer.
I had the PSone version of that. Could only do the first level. Never got into it.

Predator: Concrete Jungle for the Original Xbox. Shitty dialogue and the controls were a little funky, but once you got used to it, it was fun. Who wouldn't want to run around as a freaking Predator?
Edit: and definitely Psychonauts.

I risk gamer suicide every time I mention it...

but I genuinely enjoyed Final Fantasy X-2. It didn't take itself as seriously as the others, and there were some really surprising good bits when you looked at the Crimson Squad side-plot. It was just a fun way to kill time.
Im too much of a fanboy not to like it, so i played through all of it and i must say, if you see it in the right light, it can be fun, the battle system is Pretty fun when you get right into it.

Another one would be Too Human, i dunno, it was just fun, when you got used to the slightley arkward control scheme, and if you dont mind watching the death/re-incarnation movie about a thousand times. Play as a Destroyer, and the human path, you go litterally insane and constanlry fly around the screen.

I'd go with sniper elite. A dedicated sniper game with wind, distance and gravity to mess up your shots.

Thank You for knowing this game.
I loved that game. My old housemate had it back in the day and I remember playing it constantly until I got thorugh the whole thing. loved it.

I loved colonization (not civ, although I enjoyed that too), don't know how many other people played it though...

It earned a hell of a lot of stick for the bugs, but I had a fun time with Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness. Except when the damn leviathan managed to kill me during a cutscene! Okay that only happened twice, but you get the point. Overall I had fun with it.

I've never ever EVER found a single person apart from me that has played Aquanox 2.
I agree that the voice acting was shit, and that the story was incomprehensibly fucked up...
But it was really fun, especially with a joystick.

Dark Planet was alright, but I didn't play it much.
Battlefield Battlecry 2 is one of my favorite RTS. I wish they would make the 4th...

Well maybe not love but:

ET (Atari 2600) - for a completeable Atari game, this actually wasn't that bad at all. There are certainly far worse games out there. Most people who call it the worst game ever either haven't played it or didn't read the instruction manual. Even if you're using a ROM, you can still find the manual on the net! It certainly kept me interested enough to play it through on all the difficuly settings.

Sonic Unleashed - Seriously, nobody was ever going to give this a chance. It wasn't bad at all. I thought it was actually pretty good. I for one didn't mind the Werehog leels to much, yes it get a little repetitive after a while but then so are most other combat related games IMO. The daytime levels were great fun too and I found plenty of replayability trying to get the top grade or whatever. Okay, the Wii version wa shit but then it isn't as capable as the PS3 now, is it?

The problem with ET wasn't the gameplay, though it was quite a bad game, it was that there were more copies made of the game than consoles had been sold, meaning that most of them were sent off to the landfill, and it sold badly. Too many copies, selling fairly badly, bad game, it basically caused the video game crash of the 80's.

I would have to say...*sighs* Moonwalker. I actually liked it. A lot. The combat was wonky at times, and the story was slightly jacked up, but I enjoyed making zombies do the thriller. Oh, and Mecha-Jackson.
