I ram my chainsaw into the ground and somehow ride it off into the depths of the mall to start working on the MallMobile 4.

 

[WafflesandBacon]

Wacon and Salt approach the apartment. "Do you have a key to her room?"

 

[Saltarius]

"...No?"

I gingerly knock on the door.

"Hey. It's me. And a uh...surprise guest."

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"Just a sec!" Diamond says through an intercom. A buzzer goes off and the door to the apartment opens. "How long have you two been going out, uh..."

 

[Saltarius]

"...Pass?"

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"Your name, son. I mean, sweetheart."

 

[Saltarius]

"Salt."

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"Odd name, but I guess you and Jacob have that in common."

 

[Saltarius]

"Ja-who?"

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"My son. The kid obsessed with "Two-Who" and "John's Stupid Adventures." Wacon unlocks the door to Diamond's apartment to find me, laying on the couch, browsing Tumblr. Wacon points a finger at me, "Him."

"Hi, dad." I say in a low growl.

 

[Saltarius]

"JACOB!? HOLY FUCKING SHIT, I NEED A MOMENT."

I step outside and proceed to laugh harder than I ever have before, resounding throughout the entire mall. I then step back in.

"Right. So uh...your dad and I talked briefly."

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"Oh really? Did you talk about how all demons aren't evil!?" I yell. Wacon responds tossing a cross at my head. "Son of a *****..." I mumble. I get another cross thrown at my head.

"Don't call your grandmother a *****." He says, not looking at me. He leaves the room and into the kitchen.

 

[Saltarius]

"Certainly an...interesting profession, Mr. Vitello."

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"Thank you, Salt. At least someone appreciates profession of hunting demons!" He bellows. I throw a flask at the codger.

"Why you no good-!" Wacon screams. "I'd had enough of your crap old man!" I scream back.

"Enough!" Diamond screams above the both of us. She comes into the living room, carrying a drowsy Kasey, "Kasey is taking a nap, and I swear to almighty Terry Crews if she doesn't have the best sleep of her life, heads will roll!"

"Sorry." Both Wacon and I say, meekly.

Diamond leaves out, "I love you, mommy." Kasey says, dreamily.

 

[Saltarius]

"I'll uh...make some hot chocolate and we can all watch something on Animal Planet, alright?"

 

[WafflesandBacon]

"I guess." Wacon shrugs. I go back to browsing Tumblr.

 

[Saltarius]

"R-Right."

I return to the living room a few minutes later, setting down Wacon and Waffles' mugs.

"Now uh...which one of these goddamn buttons turns it on..." I say, staring intently at the remote.

I find a new RV and begin giving it the same modifications as the MallMobile 3.

"It's Channel 3849.7"

 

[Saltarius]

"I know Waffles! Just...can't seem to figure out which one of these...is which..."
