X pulls out a mechanicum bolter rifle and opens fire on Alcor while taking cover behind a table she flipped on it's side.
I start charging the 4V3NG3R and Stark Sword's repulsors, then rush Alcor.
I start spinning to confuse Alcor, then stop and kick him in the bollocks. Then I shoot him with the repulsors.
"I call that the 'Needlessly Complicated Laser Nutkick'. Patent pending."

Alcor makes his way to Xot and changes his hand to be able to touch him. He lifts him by the neck and squeezes as hard as he can. Once finished, he hurls Xot at the group and throws a blast of pitch black lightning for good measure.

I melt back into reality, somehow being pulled from the stream of backwards-running time that had sucked me out of the mall. Pain flared across my lower back, and I tried to make a sound, but nothing came. I couldnt feel my body, my limbs, my face. I was just a mind, floating in a black void.

Whispers gather at the corners of my hearing. A roaring sound fills my ears. It sounds like a river, an ocean. White light gathers at the edge of my vision.

My eyes fly open. A pair of dull grey eyes are staring back at me, an angry glare above them. A hand grasps my shoulder, and pulls me to my feet. A faint buzzing is in my ears. I look down at myself. Then at the girl who pulled me up.

She turns and raises an eyebrow.
