I drive off with Salt.
"That didn't go as well as I expected. Anyway, that was all lies. It's sort of complicated, but the gist is that I want to find out why you would get Aradia killed, and I expect you do too. The problem is, the police would arrest you for conspiracy to commit murder. The only other way to avoid that would be to get rid of your guards, which endangers you. But if you get 'arrested', then you can disappear. It keeps you out of the way of Zombie and lets you not get arrested for real. Plus, Zombie might get cocky and slip up."

I walk towards the site of the future bridge, it's under construction already. Salt's sword is tucked into the waistband of my trousers. "Prime sleuthing right here. Why the fuck did it have to be winter? Zombie! I'm here to see you!"
I walk back into my office, wiping my feet on the rug behind the door.
"Bloody snow..."
Walking over to check my computer, I notice that Tracker is open, and switched to floor-plan mode.
The screen is over to Salt and Sister.
"....Shit"

I make a smoothie as I wait to be put through to Salt. The payphone is pretty crap, most of the glass is broken. There's a suspicious stain on the floor as well.
"Salt, get out of there. Someone's been using my computer to track you."
"Bloody snow..."
Walking over to check my computer, I notice that Tracker is open, and switched to floor-plan mode.

I phone Salt.
"I think we're focussing too much on YOU. The one thing that confused you was why you would see Aradia as a threat. So, obviously, it was something she did. If I were you, I'd ask Sister about that."
I hang up and call Paddy.
"Salt's been arrested for tax evasion. For some reason, he wanted us to look into Aradia's last few months alive to prove his innocence, somehow. So, could you help out with that?"
