"Hmm...I can work out a deal with the shops management. He'll co-operate with me just fine. Payment won't be necessary for us."
I lead Paddy into the place Sigma recommended, and we are handed drinks of our choice. I take a hot chocolate.
"Lovely. Nothing like some cocoa in this weather, eh? So, what's wrong with your life?"

 

[Paddy the Second]

"Well, the fact that in this universe I'm poor as shit, and am currently wearing my only set of clothes, which are horribly unsuitable for the current weather. And Trilby wants me to look into Aradia's last few months. Trilby I'm getting paid for this right?"

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Your right. It's time for a...makeover...heheheheheh...hahahahaha...HAHAHA-oh thanks!" I sit back as the waitress sets down a bag of doughnuts.
"Cool. Fresh out the oven, lets go." I lead Paddy to a clothing store, to help him out.

 

[Paddy the Second]

"What no, no, stop, now, this is awful, I don't, no, I have a case, let's go look at books."

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Dude, look. This trench coat, plus these trousers, and this fedora, gives you a detective look, and warmth!" I give the clothes to Paddy and lead him to a library.

 

[Paddy the Second]

I accept the clothes and change into them. "I'm not a proper detective, I'm a freelance Savage Detective as a sidejob. Let's see if any of my books are in here."

 

[MinimanZombie]

"So what's your main job?" I pick up the newest release, 69 Shades of Brown. A trashy romance novel, featuring the girls from Two Girls One Cup. I burn the stand containing these books.

 

[Paddy the Second]

"Poet and author. Although the state of my home suggests to me I'm not a particularly successful one." I find a single volume of my poetry at the furthest section of the library. It looks untouched. No one has ever borrowed it. I slip it into my pocket.

 

[MinimanZombie]

The fire begins to spread.
"OH FUCK! Curse you...wait you wrote the book?" I look at a burned cover.
"No...No it can't be! Why would they do this!? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!?" I collapse, and start crying.

 

[Paddy the Second]

"I had nothing to do with it Zomb'. I think my books were published more out of pity than anything else." I pick up Zombie and carry him to the computers, where I look up Aradia in news archives.

 

[MinimanZombie]

"I know...but Samuel Jackson? Why would he write it? WHY!?" I search up Nyan Cat to make me feel better.
"Hehehe...look at that ************ go."

"What? Yeah, you're getting paid. Where are you right now?"

 

[Paddy the Second]

"Woah shit. Zombie come look at this. Aradia was linked to Sister, nothing concrete but there's enough fringe evidence for me to make the connections. I think she wanted to go full scale violent uprising. Sister didn't and took her out." I send the data to Trilby and get up. "I'm gonna head home. Thanks for the free stuff."

"Right. Why was she dangerous? Any campaign promises she made? Ideals that irked me?"

I open Tracker and watch Paddy and Zombies icons move into the library.
"Guys, can you pick up my order of pandas from the library?"

"Sure thing bro, you want them delivered to your office or your house?"

I call Sigma.
"You mentioned something about the CEO of TrollEnterprises marrying Salt. Who is it? I have a theory about this whole mess and I need to know."

"Thnaks Paddy, to my office please."
I bring up the document.
"Uuuuhhh some chick called Terezi."
I make myself a smoothie.

I have an interesting drive in my beaten up Chevy full of pandas to Sig's office. "so what are you gonna do with them?"

I sit in the boot of Paddy's car. I spit my drink everywhere.
"TEREZI!? Duuuuuuuuuuuuudddddddeeeeeeeeeee-I'd hit it." I drink the rest of my hot chocolate, and finish my doughnuts.
