"Bore, Dig!" Magnus called out his Onix to dive underground as he was chasing after the Hitman. The Rock Snake Pokemon descended into the earth, his dorsal spike sticking up from the ground as he moved in front of the Hitman, causing him to stumble and trip. "Now, Bind! But don't crush him!"
The huge Onix rose from the ground, and coiled around the Hitman, restraining him from movement.
"You bastard..." Magnus said as he caught up with his Pokemon, Quillz shortly behind him. "You fucking murderer! I've been searching for you for months... and I've finally got you."
"Hehehe... Go ahead kid... What're you gonna do, try and give me a lecture? Curse me out? If I were you, mate, I'd kill me right here and now, no talking. I'd slit my throat where I stood, and let me bleed dry."
Magnus shot daggers at the Hitman with his glare, and without turning his head, spoke.
"Quillz... Go help the others. I can handle him..." He said in a sinister tone of voice.
"Magnus..." Quillz said concernedly. "Don't lose your humanity... Kill him, but do not do so in anger."
"Quillz... I said go." Magnus repeated his command. "I don't want you to see me do this."
"Yes sir..." Quillz accepted Magnus' orders, and turned back to help the other three Trainers against the Rocket Grunts.
Magnus looked the Hitman in the eye, and pulled his knife from its case on his belt.
"You killed her..." Magnus muttered angrily. "You killed her in cold blood. She was no threat to you, and you took her life."
"Not just her, mate... I found that little brat with the Lucario. Him and his blue cur are both dead." The Hitman muttered. "I'm sorry that I pissed you off, and upset you, mate... But I don't discriminate when I take targets. Of course, I don't blame you for wanting to take your revenge."
Magnus looked down at the Hitman, and brought the blade of his knife up to his enemy's throat.
"You have made a life of taking the same from others. You have taken from me the girl I love, and I shall now take your life. Your death will be a message to Team Rocket... Anyone who crosses me, will suffer."
"Do it quick, then..." The Hitman said, still struggling against the Rock Snake Pokemon.

Quillz rushed through the woods back towards Sylas, Duncan, and Dani, to help against the Rocket Grunts. She broke through the trees, and saw the others in battle against the Rockets' Pokemon. Duncan's Houndoom blasted a few Spinarak with a Flamethrower, and his Ponyta slammed into an Ariados with a powerful Flame Wheel. Sylas and Vandal were engaged with the other Ariados, being caught in Spider Webs and String Shots. With a powerful Eruption, Quillz took out the Spinarak in a rain of fire, and singed away most of the webs.
Houndoom took down the first Ariados, and Ponyta and Flare took out the other one. The Grunts reached into their coats, and prepared to pull out handguns, but were knocked down to the ground by a Swift.
"If you value your lives..." Quillz roared aggressively, clawing at. "Then flee, before I send you to a fiery death."
Though they could not understand her fluently, Quillz' intent was more than clear, as the Grunts cast off their Rocket-Insignia caps, and fled as quickly as they could, leaving their Pokemon behind.

Magnus had Bore loosen his hold on the Hitman, so that he would not hit his Pokemon when he killed the man who killed the girl he loved, and one of his friends.
"Goodbye, wretched man." Magnus said, raising the knife to his left.
Suddenly, a flash of red light, and a streak of purple knocked Magnus back on his ass, and knocked Bore to the ground. The Hitman's Gliscor had escaped its pokeball, and had saved its Trainer, picking him up and carrying him away.
"NO! GET BACK HERE!" Magnus shouted at the top of his lungs. "Salad, use Bullet Seed! Garnet, use Ember!"
Magnus called out his Bellsprout and his Quilava, the Pokemon firing their attacks in the direction of the Fang Scorpion Pokemon, but unable to reach at the altitude through the trees. Magnus fell to his knees, fury flowing through his veins as he screamed in anguish to the sky, loud enough for the entire forest to hear.
Magnus sat there, on his knees, cursing the sky and weeping... His vengeance had been so close, close enough that he almost felt the hot blood on the knife... And now it was gone. Stolen from in front of him.
