It's the thought that counts.

Just give me one of these please

It Bites. CHOMP!
Yeah, um...
Do you get instructions on how to sleep with a 3-foot tall carnivorous plant in your house?
COOKIE FOR GETTING REFERENCE!

But anyway, is this is an entirely hypothetical situation where I HAD a girlfriend, I'd be slightly confused, but happy nonetheless.
I'd probably give them to my mum to keep, making everyone happy.

I would probably find it funny, and a little cute but deep inside a small part of me would die.

Edit- In all actuality if my Girlfriend brought me flowers , I'd kind of think she was hinting that she wanted to be pampered a bit more. As in treating me to something she appreciates by example.

I'm a guy and would very much appreciate getting flowers :)

But, I'd prefer for me to be giving them to someone else instead.

What kind of flowers are we talking about?
Death-Flowers: Soaked for eons in the blood of the sinful and grown in the firey pits of Mordor.

If not then... yeah that's an odd gift.

I would kind of see it as a waste of money, but I would appreciate it.

I prefer practical gifts.

But I do love Morning Glories XD

I don't know, I wouldn't really be able to do anything with the flowers, but it's a cute thought.

The only times I like flowers is first seeing them, and seeing the color variations, then putting dye into the plants' water to see if it changes anything.

Er, no, they remind me of the grave. When they shrivel up and die over the next few days, they will remind me of my own mortality.

So no.
