Okay. Utter bullshit. As always, the media loves to slander. Games, satanism, music, tv, etc. They want us all to read books, and listen to good Christian music. Okay, now you've gone, and pushed it to far. Blaming a religion that has nothing to do with Satan (At least from Anton LeVay's principles.) I've listened to each Slipknot album, none have actually made me want to go out and kill somebody. Can anyone tell me one instance in which a 'satanic' ritual has been conducted? Publicly? Found out about? Anything?

I don't think this could be blamed solely on drugs. It would help if they told you want kind of drugs he was using and if he had history of mental illness or was addicted to them.

America is big on scapegoats. No one wants to admit that people can just be crazy. Or that some people really are terrible parents and screw up their children.

Sorry if my post was misleading-- I think you misunderstood me. I wasn't trying to say that his drug addiction (if indeed he was addicted to any drug) was the result of bad parenting-- I meant that when a kid decides one day to slice up some classmates with a couple of swords, it's probably not a direct result of music or drugs.
