Gaz is definitely dead you see him get shot point blank. I think Cpt. Price survived it does look like the soldier gave up reviving him but you don't really see what happens after that.

I agree that Gaz is dead, as many people have said he was shot at point blank range in the head and i agree. Not sure with Price though. Also is there a chance that Ghost could be related to Gaz? Might explain the same voice actor.

OT: Even though it pains me to say it I think Gaz is dead. Even if they have the same voice actor he won't be as awesome. I want to know what happened to Captain McMillan. Was he permanantly crippled? Did he go on to serve in the SAS after Chernobyl? Find out in: Call Of Duty: The McMillan Chronicles!

Heh, it'd actually be pretty cool if the first mission of Cod:The McMillan Chronicles was the Chernobyl mission, just from McMillan's perspective. Of course, it'd be hard to make it seem like the original mission looked, since YOU'RE the one commanding Captain (Lieutenant at the time) Price, and now an NPC will have to do a lot of the work...hmm. Squad command tutorial?

infinity ward actually said Price survived. altho i agree, i doesnt look like it.

OT: no one can replace gaz, not even the same actor as before, because he doesnt have the cap, the same gun and the balls to swear at the command.

fuck ghost, gaz is badass enough to survive that bullet.

I hate to say it but despite Gaz's awesomeness I doubt anything can survive a 50. cal deagle bullet to the head at point blank range.

gaz is so awesome zakhaev could fire his entire clip and he would only destroy the cap.

While it's true that most people die after getting shot point blank in the head, if you're a character played by Craig Fairbrass then there's a good chance you'll survive with just a disfiguring.

Ghost could be Gaz, back from the dead with a disfigured face, as a homage to Craig Fairbrass' role in that film.

It didn't look good for him... But he's in every other IW-made COD game, so he could probably be in the nuke and still appear in MW2.

I'd like to say they survived, but alas, that is wishful thinking. Gaz was shot IN THE FACE (and people tend not to live after that) and the man atteptimg to resuscitate Price gave up FOR A REASON. I wish they lived, but all signs point to them dying.

I'm hoping that's just the animation ending, but hey. Whatever happens.

P.S Vasquez, Gaz and Griggs are indead quite dead. And so is Paul Jackson (The Marine you play in MW1, but that was quite obvious.)

And I'm suprised that there's not that many people that actually like MacMillan... He's one of my favourite characters from MW1, if not my favourite. 'Oi, Suzy!'

I don't think that they're the same person. I think they only have the guy who played Gaz do the voicework for Ghost because he's such a fan favorite. I mean, Gaz was shot point blank in the head with a Desert Eagle. You're not going to exactly return to active duty after that, let alone survive.
