You didn't cry at the ending? :OAylaine said:When the hunter attacks Alyx in HL2:EP2. I wiggled my mouse desperately to try and help her, but to no avail.![]()
Well I liked Eli but for me it was Merle Dandridge's convincing performance and the phenominal animations, as well as her sobs as the screen faded to black... Really got to me. Especially as the scene before is quite happy and upbeat as though you're heading towards a goal and things seem to be working out.Aylaine said:Watery eyed, but not crying. I'm much more attached to Alyx then Eli or Gordon.AverageJoe said:You didn't cry at the ending? :OAylaine said:When the hunter attacks Alyx in HL2:EP2. The ending of Ep2 is the only time I've ever shed a tear in a game. She's so well characterized I totally felt for her at that moment, and I liked Eli too... Saddest game ending ever :/
Will be interesting to see how they make Alyx cope during Ep3 IF IT'S EVER FUCKING RELEASED >_>
The end, I'm guessing? Gets me all teary every time simply because it's an awesome game, and I wished the journey was even longer.Furburt said:I can't remember the exact bit, but some of the scenes in The Longest Journey have reduced me to tears. I'm not sure why, there's just something about that game. No other game has ever made me cry.
I wanted to shoot that scientist *****, strange thing is that scene gives you "The Metroid Effect" were you suddenly become unstoppable, you can almost feel the AI shitting themselves at the sight of you.Nicolefranklin said:Fallout 3, I've played through it quite a few times now, and I still can't get through that ONE scene without crying my eyes out... You know which one...![]()
Ah, not again, gimme a break.iLikeHippos said:I think this has been done before. About two weeks or three. But oh well...
Also, I don't cry about games. It's hard to feel much for a character you tea-bag other corpses with.
