Oh. My. GOODNESS.9NineBreaker9 said:As a kid, playing Star Fox 64, and finally shooting all of the switches on the Landmaster stage with the train from hell... I was the first kid in the neighborhood to do that, and I felt like God for a week.
Or finally getting all of the stars in Super Mario 64... I hate the clocktower. Haaaaate...
Actually I found her quite easy to beat. Hide behind something, cannonball the hunters, drain them, use a destructor on elizabeth, hide and repeat.Blackhol said:killing "mother" in prototype it took me forever on the hard difficulty
Your post reminds me of my first rank S on chapter 4 (took a lot of struggling for it), and back when I had gotten 650+ kills on area 6. It was like the 2nd world record, I think, when I looked it up.Kushin said:You know the kind of moment I mean. When all the blood, sweat and tears comes to fruition. It could be a puzzle, boss or even just a whole game in general (Ikaruga springs to mind here) so long as it is satisfying to you.
Personally, mine is completing Lylat Wars (Starfox 64) with all medals along the hardest route.
What moments in gaming etched their difficulty into your minds?
Ninja'd. When you're running along the outside of the Citadel, I was flipping out at how epic it was. Action-packed, climactic, ridonkulously epic, it had everything. That made the dinky little fight with the cyborg Saren that much more of a funsuck... I hated that second battle. What is it with final bosses and always wanting to have different stages and forms? Can't they just be straight-forward?RebelRising said:Destroying Sovereign over the Citadel in Mass Effect.
At least you could talk him into shooting himself to avoid the first battle. Not a lot of games let you do that.balimuzz said:Ninja'd.
