On a similar line to the Colonel in MGS2, I was playing a game called Anachronox and found a crazy street-preacher who was telling everyone that the world wasn't real, it was all just a fantasy, and that they were unintelligent puppets. Every NPC I had met until then had a variety of lines they would use randomly when you spoke to them, but one guy next to this preacher kept saying over and over "That guy's crazy, I can say whatever I want." The irony made me laugh, anyway.

I'm surprised it took so long for Zero Wing to pop up in this thread, but I'm even more surprised more awful Mega Drive/Genesis quotes aren't here. My friend insisted on buying the worst Mega Drive games he could find, and the best badly-translated quotes were in Captain America and the Avengers:

Minions - "Do not disturb us!"
Capt. A - "Why should it go well!"

Capt. A - "Where is the laser?"
Mini-Boss - "Ask the police!"

And last but not least, my favourite:

Capt. A - "You can't escape!"

I must say the announcer off of Mortal Kombat was somewhat blaringly obvious. "Scorpion Wins!", of course he did! the other guy is in bits all over the floor! Also that little guy with the purple shirt who pops up when an awsome uppercut is made. No idea what he says, sounds like 'WHOAPSIE!' but I say it when i watch boxing.

See, sounds evil enough the first time, but when you hear it for every boss in the game, it just gets laughable

Pretty much any quote in Empire Earth 3, and all the GLA quotes in Command and Conquer, haha 'My feet hurt / im so hungry'.

I wish no harm on any politicians, unless they wish harm on me.)
