A scene in Pan's Labyrinth where a hunter's face is beaten in with a bottle. Just made me feel ill watching it, even though I can watch gore-fests like Inglorious Basterds and District 9.
That was so fucking disgusting.

Also; "Millenium", or "Men who hate women", or "The girl with the dragon tattoo", whichever country you're in.

That anal rape scene was fucking terrible. When she got payback it was terrible too, perhaps moreso, but that time the 'victim' fully deserved it.
Dude, your avatar just reminded me of the face-melting scene and monkey brain scene from the Indiana Jones movies.

I was a kid when I first saw those, mind you.
Hey hey! Slap me some skin brother! Me too! That movie was so much fun AND THEN THE NAZIS MELTED.
Yah!

Beside that, I have to say any scene in the Matrix with those metal worm things... It was creepy more than disturbing.

The cutting open of the live baby's stomach in Eraserhead.
That movie as a whole was pretty fucking disturbing.

Also, Asami sawing off that poor guy's foot with a piano wire in full detail at the end of Audition. *shiver me timbers*

The scene in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me where Laura finds out that Bob, the mysterious person who has frequently been sneaking into her room at night and raping her since she was thirteen, is in fact her father.

You mean the machines in general or that fucking disgusting bug that was actually crawling around in his intestines?

The intestine ones. I don't know what is creepier, it going in or coming out.

Well, coming out was gross, there was all this bodily stuff, fat or blood, or both, damned if I know, and going in was like "ohey what's that OH MY GOD IT PIERCED HIS BELLY BUTTON AND CRAWLED IN OH MY GOD I'M GONNA BARF"

The Thing, really good tension, but mainly towards the end where the older dude pulls the other guy by his face...the way the skin stretches and he's convulsing really make it in my book.

Otherwise I cast my vote for the afore-mentioned "About Schmidt". Kathy Bates...never again.

2) A 20 minute anal rape scene - (20 DAMN MINUTES!) followed by a coma-inducing beating.
Sounds LOVELY. I wonder why the director thought that some Suprise Buttsex? would make for a compelling viewing experience.

Off the top of my head:

*James Carpenter's "The Thing"
When the doctor's arms are bitten off by a mouth in someone's abdomen.

*Inglorious Basterds
When the "Jew Hunter" strangles the German Actress/Spy to death.

The Normandy scene in Saving Private Ryan.

THe main disturbing thing was he soldier, with half of his intestines on the floor, pitifully crying for his mom. I nearly cried when I first saw that.

But I haven't seen many other movies... So sorry if you think this is a petty disturbing act
This, this, a thousand times this. Him crying out for his mom made me leave the room when it came on, and I still cover my face and ears when that part comes up.

The entirety of a film called cutting moments...

All of these examples pale in comparison to some of the shit in this movie. If you enjoyed the guinea pig films or Antichrist then I heartily recommend this film.
