I don't watch these movies for this reason. I'm already disturbed by Encyclopedia Dramatica's "Offended" page.
Aaaaaaaaah! Why the hell would they put together a page like that? And it just goes on and on! The corpses/disembowlments/missing limbs don't bother me in the slightest, but the hideous sexual acts and diseases do! I think no matter how hardened you are, there's something on that page which will push your squick button.

Pass the brain bleach please.

Pretty much Irreversible.
Anything from that, but mainly the 9 minute rape scene, or the bludgeoning of the (innocent) man's face with the fire extinguisher.
Wow.
I couldn't even keep watching.

You know how when you end up hating ALL of the characters in a movie & none of them die & live happily ever after? That's rather disturbing. Also, any movie that is about large groups of obnoxious children...no wait, that's "distressing."

On the other side, carnage of any kind just makes me hungry.

Here's one from a kids movie...

The dream scene from The Brave Little Toaster.

In a close second is the scene where phil hartman kills himself.

I don't know if you would consider it a film but the other day i watched something called Anatomy for Beginners. I was very educational but i'm sure for allot of people the idea of seeing someone dissected is a bit much.

The first part of A Clockwork Orange. It's effectively just assault, rape, and murder.
What, my good chap? Don't have a stomach for a bit of the ol'ultra violence?
no good veck, but I could go for some of the old moloko right now.

The Normandy scene in Saving Private Ryan.

THe main disturbing thing was he soldier, with half of his intestines on the floor, pitifully crying for his mom. I nearly cried when I first saw that.

But I haven't seen many other movies... So sorry if you think this is a petty disturbing act
This, this, a thousand times this. Him crying out for his mom made me leave the room when it came on, and I still cover my face and ears when that part comes up.
I bet I'm younger and I found it to be well... not that disturbing. The part where the German soldier stabs the soldiers heart slowly is worse by a fraction in my opinion.

The opening to the movie Seed by Uwe Boll. The first five minutes are just movies of small animals being abused and killed. I've seen some fucked up shit in life and on the internet, but this was the first time I actually felt sick.
