The random buttsecks scene in Inglorious Bastards. Lasted about 2 seconds but was extremely disturbing.

Antichrist has my number on that, I'm afraid. The Stuff that Happens in that movie's entire second half is enough to make anybody, man or woman, Squirm in their chair.

As for my own original "Most Disturbing" - Go watch the movie 8mm with Nicolas Cage. That movie made me want to take a shower after I finished it... I've never seen so much porn that I never wanted to see in my life.

That thing was an abomination. Even The Thing wasnt as disgusting.

One of the most disturbing things I've seen was Ving Rhames' character getting assraped in Pulp Fiction.

Violence and gore disturb me very little.

Anything from the movie "Teeth".

Don't fucking watch it.
Is that the one with the cannibalistic vagina? I never thought I'd have to ask that again.

Anyway, movies don't really disturb me. However if something painful done to the eyes or penis happens, or is even mentioned, I do start to feel slightly sick.
Yeah that was quite possibly, the worst thing I have seen...

I tried to block that memory of King Kong, thanks a lot
My pleasure.
If some damn movie screws with my head this badly I'll at least make damn sure I'm not the only one to suffer this borderline neurosis.

Elephant is possibly the most horrific film I've ever seen...and it's not even a horror film. It's a film about the Columbine shootings and it's some very heavy stuff.

Bah - wussy stuff. You want to watch disturbing things (good disturbing things, I might add), watch a few Korean films. Oldboy has the "teeth torture", and the eating of a live octopus (done for real). The Isle trumps it with some extraordinary cruelty to fish (actually, I wouldn't blame people for boycotting that film entirely - it is genuine animal cruelty) and some really unpleasant placement of fish hooks in people.

The Japanese also had a go with Audition - which has the "feeding a paraplegic, baby bird style" or extended torture scenes with acupuncture needles, piano wire, and the noise "kilikilikilikili".

If Doug remembers it so I don't have to, then why can't I forget it? WHY?

OT: I'm gonna go with pretty much the entire runtime of Tetsuo: The Iron Man.

A scene in Pan's Labyrinth where a hunter's face is beaten in with a bottle. Just made me feel ill watching it, even though I can watch gore-fests like Inglorious Basterds and District 9.
I know it was disturbing but when that guy got beaten down with the baseball bat, me and my friends laughed our heads off

I know what you mean... probably worse than that scene I mentioned from Hostel Part II.

It's just a little paper clip...

I've seen much weider/gorier stuff, but for some reason this really creeps me out.
I will NEVER look at a paper-clip the same way again.

I don't get the whole pull of films which set out to be as disturbing as possible, unless they're trying to make a point.

Hrm...one that hasn't been mentioned before. Maybe the shining, the part where Jack comes across the woman in the bath.

The ending in Johnny Got His Gun. The whole movie was pretty disturbing, but the ending was what upset me most.
