The beginning of "Up" brought me to tears
Fuck...that was brutal.

For some reason the scene in Tangled when the king was crying and the queen was comforting him got to me to. Such a pure expression of sorrow and regret. The reunition scene was also pretty tear-inducing.

The ending of Toy Story 3 is super saddening. Also, the ending of seven pounds. That was super super super tear inducing.

while not a movie in the true sense, rather a doco.
The story of the guys that do charity work dressed as Stormtroopers.
Some of the kids they visit and the horrors they face in day to day life inspires me and makes me cry at the same time. Sometimes i think ive got it hard, but then i remember at least im not a 6 or 8 year old kid with a week or two left to live, without having lived much of a life outside of the hospital up to this point.

this is of course outside of many already mentioned.
Grave of fireflies is high on that list too.
2nd edit: there was also this cartoon from when i was a kid ( 25 years or there abouts ) about a gnome and his friends, also his wife. At the end of the series they die and turn into trees.. i was 8 or may be 10.. any way, tears were shed.

Wall-E. The entire goddamned movie. Pixar really know how to manipulate it's audience's emotions, going from super high "Hell yeah! That was awesome!" to "Aw, shit. He's gonna die. I refuse to cry *sniff*."
The end scene is the closest any movie has brought me to tears. But I did not cry. Why?
BECAUSE I'M A MAN! (in Duke Nukem's voice).

The Fall...a thousand times The Fall. Practically every other scene in the second half of the movie is a major tearjerker.

I recently watched 'Remember Me' And the only reason I cried is because the ending was so surprising. I honestly didn't see it coming. It was also very well done. It spends the entire film getting you invested in the characters, and then that happens.

Manly manly tears...
You sir are a cruel cruel person. I can't see that without feeling like crying.
It's even worse with the music.

When the boy in Bridge to Terabithia (spelling?) was told his friend had been found dead....
Oh yes.

Not so much tears as a 'punch to the gut' but this scene from The Royal Tenenbaums.

If you haven't seen this movie FIX THAT.

OH WAIT! I THOUGHT OF ONE!!!
When Sam turns into a zombie dog in I am Legend and Will Smith kills her with his bare hands, having my own german shepherd lady dog, that got me swallowing back sadness.
That bit had me crying and I nearly never cry in movies. The ending of Edward Scissorhands really got to me too, it's so sad that after falling in love he's banished back to the mansion. Also, though I don't think many will agree with me, the scene in Star Wars Episode 3 when the mask is put on Anakin for the first time and the table rises up is pretty emotional. Not really sad but it got to me.

Ever noticed how people die in films all the time and you kind of dont care. Yet when a dog (even a fictional animated one) dies it just tears you apart! Seriously that goddamn Futurama episode is makin me sad right now just thinking about it
I think it has something to do with us percieving animals to be totally innocent/helpless/vulnerable, especially when they are cute aswell.

That's pretty much a childhood killer right there. I must be one of the few people who didn't cry during Up or Toy Story 3.
I must admit membership to that seemingly exclusive group. Both Toy Story 3 and Up strike me as manipulative efforts. I cannot watch either without feeling as though my experience of the film has been carefully calculated. In other words, they feel like mass-produced products, not the emotional vessels that I associate with anything that has the remotest pretension to being art.
It's encouraging to read an opinion that agrees with my own. Pixars films tend to be more calculated in my opinion, I remember Lassiter quoting "for every laugh there should be a tear". It makes me see their process of scriptwriting to be contrived (not strictly perhaps, and this is my opinion) in an effort to hit all the emotional buttons, yet oddly not being actually appealing to me. The end of Tears of the Sun when the shit hits the fan.
I love to see movies that show the comradely of the armed forces and what they are willing to sacrifice for people they don't even know. The first time I watched it I was by myself. I had bro tears running down my face when the first one died and they just never stopped.

I am with you on Gladiator, except the scene where he reveals himself to the emperors son when he thought he was dead, This was the only movie that ever gave me any extreme emotion.

I have never cried at a movie and i find it hilarious that people can.

Oh american gangster while inebriated is always inspiring for me, same goes for godfather and scarface

This should do it nicely:

(Alabama Accent required)
"He's Such a Smart Kid. I...I Love you Jenny"

and if that doesn't cut it:
"Forrest...I'm going to heaven, Forrest."
