The Fallout 3 Experimental MIRV comes to mind. It's a gun that lanches 8 nukes simultainiously at your target. You're usualy lucky to survive the blast yourself.
I had a Super Mutant Behemoth survive a bombardment from my MIRV once. I muttered 'You son of a *****.' and charged in with my shotgun.

From Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn, the Summon Cow spell. You have the cheat to get this item, but what it does is either kill every NPC on the map as once, or drops a cow on the spell's target.

The Disintegrate Spell from Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura. Kills every thing (with the exception of the last boss) in one hit.

the pistol in alpha protocols feeling pretty op right now. usually you have to pop out of cover and point the pistol at someone for a little while without shooting to line up a critical, but i got a perk that lets me line up that critical from cover. Then i realised you can blindfire the pistol critical shot and it goes dead on, so i can one shot kill bad guys with a headshot without ever exposing myself to danger.

Then theres the ability to freeze time and line up three seperate shots with the pistol that i have. Did i mention i have a silencer on this?

The banshee in Halo: Reach, especially on the levels "Paradiso" and the slightly altered version, "Utopia." Imagine an armored vehicle that can fly and shoots an unlimited amount of extremely overpowered rockets and can fly faster than any land vehicle and can do impossible flips and barrel rolls that make it nearly impossible to hit with any weapon and causes any projectiles that are locked on to it to miss.

Now imagine that same overpowered flying death machine on a small, cramped level with no hiding spots beyond a single cave in the middle of the map that is impossible to get to because you only spawn in a specific area of the map and getting to it when the overpowered flying machine is firing its overpowered rockets that can kill you if it hits anywhere within a 30ft radius, including on the other side of sturdy rocks, and the ground surrounding your base is only about 100 square feet.

Also the Shadow Operative skill from Alpha Protocol that literally makes you invisible as long as you don't sprint. You can walk straight up to a group of enemies and "stealth" kill all three of them in front of each other and they have no idea why their friends are dropping with knife wounds on their necks.

The M920 Cain. I expected it to be like the Fallout 3 Fat Man you know, but no it literally does vaporise everything on the screen.

What, not the Extendo-Tentacle? Or just Alex's fists? He can punch tanks until they explode, remember.

True. Takes almost no effort and guaranteed to induce rage in anyone it hits.

Although pros have started to condemn its use a bit.
