You guys have obviously never gotten shot or gotten your wisdom teeth removed
I cheated on the wisdom teeth thing, was in the military at the time and they decided to just put me under for the operation.

back on topic though, I'd say the most painful experience of my life was a few years ago, I woke up Christmas morning with a fever topping 100 degrees, and it lasted for a few days, it wasn't so much "painful" as it was dragging and a complete holiday killjoy

Getting a terrible case of the flu and being rendered immobile between bouts of vomitting, migranes, and muscle aches. It sucked horribly.

When I was 4, I broke my arm by....jumping off a couch. Seriously. Jumping off a couch. I can't even remember how exactly it happened.

Being born perhaps?

Every time I get kicked in the balls.
Perhaps when I went to hospital and I had to have a tube put into a vein to link me to a drip. It wasn't painful but it was a horrible feeling that I can't describe apart from that is WAS HORRIBLE.

Getting a dislocated knee drained of fluid before getting it x-rayed. I've generally got a pretty good pain threshold, but having a thin needle create a vacuum behind your knee-cap is completely awful.

The stomach ache I got when I drank the cup of cocoa that made me realize I was very lactose intolerant. Hurt like fuck.

Hmm...
When i was around 5 years old, i was taking the ferry down the BC coast, through the inside passage. A little ways into the trip, i came down very ill, i was going blue in the lips and under my fingernails; i had a compromised immune system you see, so any little virus or bug could've been devastating. The ferry made an emergency stop at Bella Bella, and I was rushed to the hospital there. Now, i don't claim to know what the thinking behind this is, but for whatever reason the doctor there decided that the best route for the medication to take would be through one of the more important blood vessels in my groin... The worst part was i have very "persnickety" blood vessels, so they had to take several "stabs" at finding said blood vessel. And despite the pain, i was told i couldn't move, for fear of tearing something down there. Definitely the most painful experience in my life.

Tie between getting my wisdom teeth removed and getting shot in the leg with a .357 (cause some dumbass didnt teach his kid gun safety before he took him to the range, the kid accidently shot me just above my ancle)
And now you should only have one real leg.

I say getting kicked in the nuts. It can cause pain shock which can lead to death.

Out of recent memory, I got both arms and legs burned with some nasty burns while canoeing... Couldn't move for week or so and, even when it happened almost two years from now, I still can see the scars today.
How'd you get burned while canoeing?

OT: i've had my wisdom teeth out, but i was very lucky-only hurt a little bit, the meds were a bigger problem...the most painful experience was one night when my stomach decided to figuratively explode. limped around moaning and thought about going to the ER before discovering it was just the precursor to diarrhea. yeck. very obnoxious.

A couple weeks ago, I accidentally stabbed my chest (slightly) with a sculpting knife. It didn't hurt much, as it only bled a little. Scared the hell out of me though.

I once tried to roll forwards. I succeeded and did it several dimes, learned how to do a proper dive roll too, but i managed to bruise my shoulder while doing it. for the next 2 years it hurt when i tried to move my shoulder. Its not a lot of pain its just long lasting.

Oh and the time i managed to fall off a garage and crack my skull, and break my right hand. Awful lot of pain for a 7 year old boy. The hospital also had the worst medicine and it wasn't exactly state of the art, so they had to inject me with painful medicine every night for 2 weeks, oh yeah and they had to inject me on my butt cheek, not my shoulder. I still remember the sleepless nights and ass pains.

I think I win with this example.

When I was born, my parents decided not to get me circumcised because they thought it was unnecessary. When I was 10, I ended up having to get circumcised. There was something we didn't know. When exposed to oxident stressors such as the medication I had to take for a week beforehand, laughing gas, and the lidocaine throat spray they used (triple whammy), my red blood cells lose the ability to carry oxygen.

When I turned blue during the procedure, they took me off the sleep gas early. Basically, I woke up before any sort of pain killer had been administered, or before the pain could even begin to ware off.

Keep in mind this was a goddamn CIRCUMCISION that I woke up during.
