When I was younger I accidentally crushed three toes in a door. The tips of the bones broke into several small pieces. Luckily, the skin didn't burst, so it wasn't all that messy, but it was painful. Now the toes are somewhat flatter than the others.

It's nothing compared to what everyone else has done, but about 6 months ago I got an ear infection. I'd had migranes for two days, and then they went away for half of the day I got my PS3. Then I got this really bad pain in my ear, heard a little pop that turned out to be my eardrum ripping apart and a yellow liquid started coming out my ear. I thought it was my brain.
I also nearly knocked my tooth out. I hit one of my top incisors on a radiator while ducking a frisbee. I was bent out forwards at a 45 degree angle and digging into my lip. We were on hold with the NHS for an hour until I decided to just snap it back into position. That hurt a lot.

Ether getting my eye poked by a fencing sword at full speed or playing trough Damnation. To this day I can't decide which one is more painful.

Tie between getting my wisdom teeth removed and getting shot in the leg with a .357 (cause some dumbass didnt teach his kid gun safety before he took him to the range, the kid accidently shot me just above my ancle)
I hope you didn't lose your leg. I'd have gone crazy on that kids dad.

My most painful experiance has to be getting hit by a car on my bike.

I nearly drowned when I was 9. It took me forever to gain the courage to swim in something that was not a pool.

GAH!
And you're still walking? My ass would be dead ;D

OT: Back flipping off of my dirt bike, over a fence, and onto my stomach. Hurt like hell.

Getting shot in the foot with a desert eagle, then having my idiotic friend try to stick is finger in there to get it out.
I eventually punched him and broke his nose.

Oh, getting a broken finger reset without having the nerves frozen, or getting needles driven repeatedly into a badly injured (and possibly infected) foot before having surgery.

Out of recent memory, I got both arms and legs burned with some nasty burns while canoeing... Couldn't move for week or so and, even when it happened almost two years from now, I still can see the scars today.
From this post it appears that you travel through time in a flaming canoe, and while travelling to or from 2011 something went horribly wrong.

"Flaming time canoe" would make an excellent album cover, if it doesn't already exist.

My most painful experience? Probably when I was 5 or 6, and I was re-enacting the carriage-jumping scene from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade on a play train in Lynn Park. I missed my footing jumping to the front carriage and dropped down the gap like an ACME anvil. My chin hit the roof of the carriage in front just before my feet reached the floor. I don't remember much of what happened next, but I do know that I had to have my front four upper milk teeth removed by general anaesthetic, presumably because the impact had hammered them so hard into my head they wouldn't come out on their own :)

a fishing accident which resulted in me getting a splinter in my butt check, then going to surgery to have it removed, only for the anesthetic to fail during surgery while i was awake.

that or the time i was fencing outside with another fencer, he hits me with a lunge to the throat, causing me fall down backwards on a jagged rock.

I think I win with this example.

When I was born, my parents decided not to get me circumcised because they thought it was unnecessary. When I was 10, I ended up having to get circumcised. There was something we didn't know. When exposed to oxident stressors such as the medication I had to take for a week beforehand, laughing gas, and the lidocaine throat spray they used (triple whammy), my red blood cells lose the ability to carry oxygen.

When I turned blue during the procedure, they took me off the sleep gas early. Basically, I woke up before any sort of pain killer had been administered, or before the pain could even begin to ware off.

Keep in mind this was a goddamn CIRCUMCISION that I woke up during.
dude, thats not something you tell people....

Luckily you have two then...

O.T. I really have no idea what my most painfull moment was. I'm lucky, i get beat up and brused alot but i never break anything and nothing is ever that serios. I guess i just make up for that by getting hurt alot.
