Mine would probably have to be collapsing down some giant concrete steps while having a seizure. I also bit so hard into my tongue I couldn't speak for nearly 2 days.

Hm...

In recent memory, grumbling appendix, probably. It was hell, I thought it was just a strange pain and it'd go away but it just kept getting worse and worse. Hit first at like 1am and I stayed up until like 8am when I could get to a doctor. It wasn't as bad as it could have been of course. It could have actually required surgery or popped >_>

I dimly remember splitting my scalp open by falling headfirst onto a concrete block while trying to flip over a horizontal bar at the age of three. It's really, really faded though.

The most painful thing that ever happened to me was probably before I remember, though. Before the age of 1 I pulled a kettle of freshly boiled water over me and lost most of my skin. I'm lucky to be alive - and even luckier that I've only got three smallish scars for it, one big one on my shoulder, one small one on my chest and a small plasma-drip scar on the back of my hand where I tried to pull the drip out :)

Dislocating my left shoulder.

Until a school firend kindly thought to relocate it, which caused even greater pain.

Still hurts if i bang it to this day.

You guys have obviously never gotten shot or gotten your wisdom teeth removed
I've been stabbed, not sure if that compares, but a knife is bigger than a bullet, but it missed anything vital. (It was a little to the right of my stomache as I recall... I think the scar is still there...)Still, fucking hurt. I got mugged and the guy stabbed me after it. So now I don't go to the city too often. ^_^

When ever I get a migraine headache and don't have an Advil with me.
(note that I get them often) if I don't get an Advil then I can't do anything all night, and there's usually some painful vomiting involved.

So getting stabbed in the eye with a smoldering iron or kicked in the balls with a steel-toed boot is nothing compared to those? Getting your wisdom teeth removed must SUCK!

Anyways, I haven't quite had any experiences that bad but I had tubes in my ears and was getting my ears fitted for hearing aids and the thing that made the shape got stuck to my tube and a doctor had to tear it out, I almost lost consciousness.

Multiple abscesses in my hips and legs. Happens randomly, and is very painful. Bending in particular is a *****.

Apparently, so I've read, stabbing is relatively more painful than getting shot.

Thankfully, nothing like that has happened to me. Perhaps my #1 is worst though...

Cystoscopy. That's where they look at your bladder from the inside with this big ass camera attached to a fat ass cable. Wanna take bets on how they put camera inside my bladder?

Not only is that super painful; it's incredibly embarrassing, feels totally WRONG and just psychologically traumatizing.

Getting a cyst the formed on my tailbone and created an abscess just above my ass, making it so I couldn't walk or lay on my back or sit down without unbelievable pain. Either that or my first heart break.

Took a 82 mph baseball to the face; high and inside from a Division One pitcher. Broken nose, cheek bone shattered, and four teeth knocked inward. The worst part: I didn't pass out.

I haven't broken any bone yet, nor did I get shot or stabbed, so I can say I've never been through a great deal of pain.
The worst I had so far was probably being hit in a pressure point in my leg so hard that I could barely move it that day, and it was still quite painful to move it or walk on it during that week.

That, or getting a twisted tendon in my left foot because my kick met an elbow on it's way to someone's head. It didn't hurt that much at the time because of the adrenaline, but after a while it started to get quite painful and I couldn't walk on it. I got it fixed later that same day though.
