The worst pain I've ever felt? Strained muscle. Not much, but it's all I've got. Either that or I just forget terrible pain real fast and can't remember anything worse.

I remember stabbing myself in the eye with a thin metal wire when I was really young. (Accidentally.) I remember yanking it out myself. Luckily it missed anything important and my eye was just fine. But I can't remember if I was in a great deal of pain or not. =]

Three days of bone injurys!
I fell down the stairs and fractured the growth plate on my foor, my dad didn't believe it hurt so i couldn't go to the hospital. The first day at school with it, my foot hurt and it was hard to keep balence, but i managed. Second day at school i fell down the stair (Irony?) and snapped my wrist. Not a fun month...

Living with a fractured leg. At first I was in shock so bad that I didn't think it was broken and tried to walk... It wasn't so bad physically, but it was very emotionally frustrating, especially since I am very independent and I couldn't do much by myself, and anything that I could took twice as long.

Getting my wisdom teeth out wasn't bad physically either, even though there were 4 of them and 2 had calcified roots (pretty much 6 roots instead of 2). The drugs also did very little to ease the pain and didn't make me woozy like everyone said. I guess people just exaggerate the experience to get out of school. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. My mother got the appointment set for the second day of my spring break. Not being able to eat anything was a ***** though, and I wasn't allowed anywhere either, so that was the worst spring break ever.

I've never been shot as I live in Canada, where giving kids high-power revolvers is generally frowned upon, but I don't know if it would hurt much for the first few minutes. The shock should have helped numb the initial pain. However, I imagine it would be far worse than having your wisdom teeth removed.

Either the day I on accident put my hand down on a burning stove or the day I broke a few ribs when I was snowboarding.

Either when I tried to jump over a wine glass whn I was little, failed though and ended up landing on the glass, breaking it and pushing the pieces into my foot. Then had to have 8 injections into the bottom of my foot to numb it so they could stitch it back together.

.. Or the time when I was doing some downhill (mountainbiking) alone and fell off, dislocating my shoulder.. had to push my 40lb bike back up a fairly steep hill, and ride a mile back to where I live, with a dislocated shoulder, not fun.

Ermmmmmm... like last july i decided id pull fully on both of my bike brakes at once, while going 25mph. So the expected happned and me and the bike decided to do some cartwheels toghter, ahhh flying through the air the bike batterring me, joys. then impacted on my front tooth which completly shatterd giving me some fangs then bouncing onto the side of my skull which cracked

Unfortunately (or fortunately) nothing serious has ever happened to me but my uncle has got run over by a bus while he was walking. It was the driver fault by the way because they found he was drinking on the job. Luckily my uncle if fine now and you wouldn't even know unless he told you.

I got a 2.5" splinter in my foot. I yelled "Fuck" and my dad decided to give me a three minute lecture before taking me to the hospital, while a small river of blood launched out of my foot.

front brake on my bike in full speed, doing a 3 m long facegrind on the sement. blacked out, woke up in a hospital bed. turns out that a doctor was driving by and the nearest hospital only 300 m away.

Nope, haven't gotten my wisdom teeth removed....yet, but I am due to get them cut after December.

As for getting shot.... 12 guage.... not even kidding.... I was far enough away so that it probably wasn't as bad as the .357, but it felt like a lot of things jumped up and bit me on the butt. Yep, I got shot in the ass. Still hurts when I fart.

Man you people have been practicly mutilated what I have to say is probaly nothing in comparison but off the top of my head I was once riding my bike while holding a bat, me and my friends were going to have bike jousting and I was testing out riding with a bat. I lost control of the bike and fell onto my friends bike which was lying on the ground. My leg got carved up but it healed and I didn't have to go to the emergancy room.

When I fell through some scaffolding that hurt like hell funny looking back on it though it's like Mortal Kombat on a building site heh. Or the time I was caught by a crowd of people that really didn't like me that time I laugh at now seeing as when I was limping to hospital covered in blood two of me mates walked by and freaked out (Two girls a tad freaked out by blood) and helped me the rest of the way. Good times but never ever again
