C:12 Final Resistance - More of an unknown than underrated, but best Third person shooter I've ever played, quite good story (pretty basic, but totally stolen by Halo)

Beyond Good And Evil - Brilliant game, so different, I loved, uber happy that we're Finally getting a sequel!

Predator: Concrete Jungle - Put simply, complete and utter fun! Who can deny that skinning a person alive as an immortal alien hunter killing machine is not great for stress relief?

Metal Gear Solid 2 - One of the best MGS games ever, I dare you to disagree!

Postal 2 - No story, but so? It was sheer unadulterated fun, something I don't get out of FPS's now a days. (sorry if that sounded Yahtzee like, but it's true)

Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, got a lot of bad press. However, that was my favorite game of all nintendo-dom. It's the only reason I still have by G-Cube.

Ranger X for sega genesis, no one I know has ever even heard of it, and it's really great for the time period. Then again it could just be my friends and everyone else here will go "What are you talking about man?!"

I do agree that Paper Mario 2 was one of the greatest GameCube titles but since when is an average rating of 9.0 bad press? [http://www.gamestats.com/objects/573/573664/]

Game informer gave it a 7 saying it was tacky and childish. EGM gave it a 7.5 and said that it was a far cry from it's predecessor. But I guess the bad press would depend on who you get your info from. But thanks for pointing that out.

FF XI very underrated MMO

just VERY hard
It's not underrated, it's justly bashed and jeered. It's a bad game in every aspect excep the storytelling, which is more in depth than usual for an MMO.
Well underrated compaired to WoW which people just rant on and on about

Def Jam Fight For New York, sure it wasn't as deep as a virtual fighter but it is some of the most fun that I have had with a fighting video game.

One word: Psychonauts.

It was one of the most underrated games on the Xbox. I loved every second of that game, even though I was basically collecting a lot of stuff. The game was so unique in its look and solid in its gameplay.

It had some of the best levels in any platform game. The Milk Man Conspiracy is still one of the best things to ever be put into a game to date.

"I work on the roads, see my stop sign?"
I will also add onto that Beyond Good and Evil.

1. Great Length (6-7 hours)
2. Great Characters
3. Wonderful Stylized Design
4. Excellent Music.

Overall, a very solid weekend play.

Ah, Harvest Moon, you've been so good to me... That game was great, as was Starfox. Unfortunately, I'm forced to use the past-tense, because my brother gave away our N64.
Well I guess you could always get an Emulator and some roms? nice easy alternative...or get an N64 dirt cheap for a games store....in GAME youc an get a game cube with 2 controllers and a couple games for like £5[/quote]

Seriously? Only a fiver? I'm interested...

Psi-Ops was a pretty good game as was EOE: Eve of Extinction. I liked Psi-Ops due to the multiple Psi powers you could use and Eve of Extinction was fun because you had a weapon that had a "soul" in it that would leave the weapon and talk to your character. The best part was that the "soul" was a pretty hot girl. Also, the weapon had the ability transform into around 10 different weapons. It also saved the level that the weapon was at and when you collect the weapon on another playthrough, the weapon started on that level. There are also some QTE's scattered throughout the game. They don't really kill you but they do take some of your health when you mess up.
Psi-ops was great but my friends hate it. I liked Bad Company, but I'm not sure how well that was received by the community and reviewers.
