The ability to forget whats happening. Or the ability to teleport infront of bullets but nowhere else
But you just carry bullets around, and when you want to teleport you throw one in front of you.

Most seemingly useless super powers can be cool if used right.

What about that dude in the third X-men movie that could become a porcupine or whatever... You can tell they were running out of ideas at that point... He was evil for like 2 seconds, but was useless for the rest of the movie..
i actually remember a sorta-main character on the (newer)x-men cartoons had that exact power

Going back in time by one second?

The ability to tickle yourself?

To make your shit really smell like roses (or no smell at all)? But then when people do say "don't act like well your shit don't stink" you can say "well, actually ...."

Predict when somebody else will cough?

There just off the top of my head.

the Temporary Genius,

can increase intelligence by up to 70 IQ points. For no longer than 14 seconds at a time, and only twice a year.

The ability to reverse the growth of your hair, so it goes inwards. And kills you.

The ability to remove and re-apply the product description stickers on electrical appliances without them losing their ability to stick to said appliance.

The ability to hear the thoughts of people you don't know and will never meet.

The power of invisibility, but only when you are underwater, during an eclipse, on a leap year.

The power to reverse time by one hour, but without the power to change any of the events of said hour.
Yeah, sorry, but the last one IS useful...You can't change events but you CAN use it! What if a murder goes on and you go back in time 1 hour to see who did it? By the way the most useless superpower would be the ability to change people's minds to make bad decisions instead of good ones. And the decision that would get them in trouble or punished would always be the decision they made. There's no way that superpower would be useful, because it's always gonna be the bad decision.

The ability to communicate with animals, except animals hate you and don't want to talk to you.
