No. Not at all. TF2 doesn't scrawl dicks on a wall. TF2 has class. And hats. Classy hats.

True, the hats are classy but mark my words there is bound to some kind fallos symbol hat out there especially since there are fan made hats. Secondly, if you have played tf2 for any amount of time and trying different servers you are bound to find at LEAST one hentai spray. Also, the demomans lift the kilt taunt.

What i'm trying to get across is that comparing duke nukem to the pseudo-realism of say modern warfare 2 is just like trying to compare that latest installment of Unreal Tournament ,with that unbeliveably stupid war plot, to the tf2 "mythos".

I was totally thinking this. I doubt that DNF will let you simultaneously fight Space Marines, zombies and 2D Nazis. Also, you forgot to mention that Matt Hazard is voiced by Will Arnett. Come on!

As of right now, I'm not impressed.

Ok, the funny parts in the game (the penis drawing, the pissing) is all well and good. How long do you think that is going to stay funny in a 5-10 hour game? I know Duke Nukem is a childish game like that, but I still view it as a very "meh" game.

The gameplay looks like something Halo has done better in the Duke's absense. The graphics look like the game was made 5 years ago. Also, was the demo not complete or something? They had to keep cutting out the video and letting that douchebag prattle on.

Color me skeptical. I think I'll just wait and NOT jump on the hype train for now.

Only thing that pained me more than the demo showing just strafe-shooting is the fact it was played with a console. Last time I checked (and believe me, it wasn't long ago) balls are not cubic. Except maybe in Minecraft.

In any case, this slightly reduces my skepticism about the game being real, but I still refuse to completely believe it. I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Well it seems like over hyped, dirty, ultra masculine bullshit.

But i've never seen a game that allows you to kick a dead cyborg cyclops's eyeball across a ('n American) football pitch and make a... all i can think of is a conversion but i know that's wrong... with it.

I know not every game has to be high art like fallout or half life 2, so i will try and stay objective, but DNF had better have some seriously good levels and boss fights, in fact it will have to be at least one of the best shooters i've ever played; or else it's a failure.

Right now i'm underwhelmed.
