Gojira, probably the 2nd best band I have EVER found, their music is so amazing to me I cannot describe it in words. 1st best band I have ever found was Death, still love them. But Gojira are somethign else entirely, at first I just though they were going to be some generic metal band that people overhype, and holy shit was I proven wrong. Fans of extreme metal you are seriously doing yourself wrong by not checking them out. I have listened to them non stopp for about 6 months now, every day, love them. Even flew over seas to see them.

An another note, bought Porcupine Tree's latest album after glowing reviews, never heard them before, but I likey

I highly approve of this! Delain are one of the two best bands i've recently discovered, but the band Deadlock just pips it for me between the two. Nightwish are fantastic and have been one of my favourites for years, AND i can't help but notice you're sporting a Sonata Arctica pic who i'll be seeing live for the 1st time this December!

Also noticed people posting Five finger death punch, Devildriver and Kamelot here ... good stuff gentlemen!

Edit: Machinae Supremacy are the bomb, are any of their fans also on the Escapist?
