As a Canadian, I would like to take this moment to apologize to the rest of the world, for subjecting all of you the the 'music' of nickelback for the last ten (or more) years. They started as a practical joke and got way out of hand and now it's too late to stop them. We're sorry, please forgive us

I actually like Nickelback to a certain degree but this is utter bullshit.

Well, it's been a rather crappy decade music wise.
My vote would probably have to go to the Foo Fighters.
There the only band I can think of who have released more than one decent album this decade ...
Other bands I like, like the Blues Explosion and Garbage, made there best stuff in the previous decade.
