I've heard stories about this 'sleep' thing, but I think it's a myth. More seriously...not enough. Generally...around 3-6 hours, usually in two seperate batches in the day. I work third shift and need to watch my kids in the afternoon most days of the week, so I tend to sleep a bit before they get home from school and a bit after they go to bed before I go into work... but on any day where there's a family gathering or something, I usually have to make do with none or very little.
