Seems enough for me to do my mandatory work out every day but id love to get 9 hours sleep without my body screaming at me to wake up.

I used to average about 6-8 hours a night but ever since I quit smoking I've been averaging about 4-6 a night which is really starting to effect my everyday life.

It also doesn't help I cut out coffee in the mornings so I'm tired for most of the day now.

I get about 6 hours during the week, and around 7 or 8 on the weekends. I have to wake up at 5 in the morning to get to work for 8AM so I have to go to bed pretty early. It beats when I was working shifts though, which I was doing until the beginning of this year. I don't like my sleep patterns fluctuating too wildly.

I'm lucky to get 8 hours a week. I feel awful most of the time. The bad part is that I know I'm tired but my body refuses to shut down. My gf says its work related stress, I'm inclined to agree but I've never had a problem up until the last few months.

I dunno. but my eyes are kinda sore and I couldn't think 100% on my ochem midterm. Sounds bad..

I'll say 4 - 5 on average.

Around 6-7. I really should sleep more, since I'm always really tired at school. At the weekend it changes a lot, from 6 to 10 hours. Kind of depends on how I'm feeling.

Monday through Friday in bed by midnight up at 630. on the weekend....when I black out to when I come to.

8 or 9 on average. I need sleep. When I stayed up through the night a while back, I slept fifteen hours the day after, only was awake for a little while to eat something.

No. Fucking. Idea. My sleep patterns fluctuate so much. If I had to guess, then it would be around 4 or 5 hours to no more than 8. That is if I wake up on time.

I've heard stories about this 'sleep' thing, but I think it's a myth. More seriously...not enough. Generally...around 3-6 hours, usually in two seperate batches in the day. I work third shift and need to watch my kids in the afternoon most days of the week, so I tend to sleep a bit before they get home from school and a bit after they go to bed before I go into work... but on any day where there's a family gathering or something, I usually have to make do with none or very little.

I believe that I get 7 hours of sleep on average a night. As I've gotten more and more out of shape, I find that I need more and more sleep to feel rested.

I tend to try shoot for 7-8. Sometimes it can be 5 (especially in the summer, when my window faces sunrise in a loft and has a habit of sneaking in through the blinds), but rarely more than 8, unless it's after a special occassion such as after the performance week of a theatre show.

About eight-nine hours. Sometimes five-six is enough. After drinking and staying up until morning usually. Then again, I'm no stranger to 11-14-hour sleeps either.
