I never liked pokemon because I couldn't get around the whole 'only speak in their name' crap that makes it too annoying to stand. So out of that principle I'd opt for the first one that learned to speak like Meowth did or one like Lucario that could at least talk to your mind.

How about the Charizard I raised to level 100 back in the days of Red Version. I would use him responsibly and kindly: to annihilate my enemies and to make "special interest" videos for the huge population of people out there who would actually watch that. I would put it on a site that will charge per viewing.
