It's been said a couple of times, but I'd go with Ditto.
Not just for having any Pokemon I choose, but for the versatility.
If the manga can be treated as canonical, Ditto could hang itself on my face and disguise me as anyone, he could turn into a key to open any door, and I could do magic tricks by tearing off a limb, who's actually Ditto!
The possibilities are endless! We could be bank thieves!

However, I would probably not take advantage of his sex slave capabilities.
