Not really over powered but really annoying, the last demon boss in Marvel Ultimate Alliance one. He had an attack that made you flee and run away uncontrollably, he did it every 10-15 seconds.

I would say Metal Kor in Jak II, as that boss was a ***** the first time I played. But I recently beat Jak II for, maybe, the 50th time and I beat it on my first try >.>

I don't really play SP games that much anymore. I am currently playing Transformers on PC, that game is super long, we'll see if any hard bosses exit. Starscream was easy as piss so far....

I should be able to think of a really hard boss, but... I can't, I have played a fuck load of SP games, but maybe I am just TOO skilled....

Medusa on God Mode in God of War, but that is the hardest difficulty, not sure if that counts.

Any boss or creature after Chapter 11 in Eden of Final Fantasy XIII. Seriously, average of 2500-3000 HP party, and.. 4,000,000 HP monsters every turn. So fucking unbalanced!

I had insane amounts of trouble with the final boss from Heavenly Sword, and to make matters worse that damn fight had three stages.

Golden Sun 2.

there is a secret Boss called Dullahan.

Aside from having powerful Psynergy, Stats, and high HP & PP.

He has a move called Djinn Storm.
(Djinn are Equipable creatures that alter your stats and classes, and let you Summon)
It would put ALL of your party's Djinn in Recovery, messing up your stats and moves, and keep you from Summoning.
He liked to use that move a lot BTW.
I found charion the summon kicked him shitless, i think it did double damage to him or something, if you could get him past djin storming. Anyhoo I beat him on my main save on the fifth attempt, not too bad. Hard as hell boss though. The double dragon gave me no issues on my better save but i found his "meteor strike" thing wiped my whole party if jenna wasnt constantly pushing out her strongest party heal. It seemed to know when i left her to regain psy energy from a crystal.

Anybody who knows me from the forums will know of my hatred for this bastard:

Impossible...stress-inducing...Gah!
Isn't that the weird moss-covered dragon boss from FFXII...? I beat that one, but the fight was tough as all hell.

Orphan from Final Fantasy XIII. Hands down the hardest boss battle I have ever done. For anyone who hasn't had a chance to experience hell, he has 3 forms - two of which are pushovers - but the middle form.... Holy Raptor Jesus.

Somewhere arounds 6 million health.
Uses a move that puts you down to 1% or so of your max health every minute or two.
Poisons/slows/stops in one form, heals in another.
And Finally, when you've gotten through those two forms and gotten him to about a quarter health he changes forms again and this time does a little of everything with the added bonus of a possibility of killing your leader in one hit with nothing you can do to stop it thus making you restart the half hour fight.

I'm fairly certain the fact that I beat Orphan was a glitch as I don't think they meant him to be beatable.

I've just never been able to kill Yakuza from Metroid Fusion, I'd of probably beaten him by now if it wasn't for the fact that the closest save point is a fair distance away, and his grab move, it takes down like a third of your health.

In conclusion never trust a spider that's named after a mafia.

^- I just remembered that's how I beat him as well. Pretty sure I found it hilarious that he saved me so many times.

In Dragon Quest 8. The Dragovian Trials, I beat the whole game and started doing those. Sure Im not max level and everything but I got stuck at the second prick. And there are 7! D:

Kessler, the end boss of inFamous, takes the cake for me. Hardest boss I've ever had to fight. Admittedly, this is on the hardest difficulty, but it's still ridiculously difficult as compared to the rest of the game. Like seriously. Ridiculous.
Especially when he basically teleports in front of you and uses that gust-tunnel thing, or the fact half his attacks knock you on your ass. Just beat him today, not sure if the "Hard Ending" trophy was worth the work, but now that he's taken care of, and it's off to New Marais to chuck some more lightning. And hopefully some ice.

I-no is cake. Just remember that that shit comes every time she drops another quarter of her life (and she can frc it too). Just stay where she can't hit you when it comes out. If its a line that curves up, stay in the corner on the opposite side (i think zappa can just run under it) If its a huge cone, double jump (if your eddie you can fly) and for the curvy one, just stand big curve close to her and just walk forward as it moves. She is invincible during this state, and dont cross her up. Bad things happen. Since everyone can do 60% or more with a bnb, its just like combo, dodge super, mixup repeat.
Your biggest mistake as getting accent core on the wii. Wii controllers (even gamecube controllers) suck giant dicks for a fighter like this. Its forgivable if you got the tvc sticks, but if not, just stop trying.
But when it comes to op bosses, Fuck Flamelurker from Demon's Souls. Just fuck you. You know why. Then Gold Justice. You think I-no is bad. ************, you don't know what bad is. Double potemkin's defense and hp, regeneration, and supers that instant kill you. You basically have to hope you dizzy her then ik, cause your not going to get through all that heath before you get one shotted.
