Pokemon RP Slots closed Chapter 11: I'm on a boat!

Aari was walking alongside Magnus. ?Yeah, that?s probably why I like water Pokémon?
Aari took a deep breathe.

?My parents died when I was 15, and I stayed at home most of the time with my aunt?
?And then, my aunt died about six months ago? ?So I live by myself with Togepi?
Aari laughed as Magnus looked straight ahead.
?Where are we?? He asked.
?Were just along the border of Cerulean Beach? Aari replied. ?The shop is down here?
Aari pointed to a medium sized housed, converted to a bicycle shop.

The path they were walking on was covered in bits of sand. It was obvious why.
On one side Pokémon and their trainers skipped along and into the beach.
Aari looked at the bicycle shop, only a couple of steps away. ?Something?s different?
?I?m gonna look in this convenience store, meet you on the sand? Aari laughed and
Magnus nodded with a grin on his face. Aari walked into the convenience store.

Looking around Aari spotted what she wanted. A blanket with a cute little Spheal on it.
Aari placed her purchase on the counter and the shopkeeper charged her 20$. Aari paid.

Walking outside, Aari passed the sand and skipped onto the beach, straight outside the bicycle shop. She laid down the blanket and stared at the sea...

?There are more of you out there. More?Water Pokémon? she breathed.

Aari's concentration on the sea was shattered as Rosgry sped past her ear, arms waving around like a madman as he jumped into the sea. "Ros, Ros" was the only thing the pokemon was able to let out through fits of laughter and excitement. Before Aari couldve fixed herself up Trevor run past as well taking the majority of his clothes off in the process "Aw no you don't!"

As the two swam before them Aari couldn't help but laugh.

Jeffery finished his tai chi exercise and turned to face the small group that had formed behind him.
"uhhhhhh what are you guys doing" Jeffery said looking confused.
"we were following you I thought this was a class" a random from the crowd pointed out.
"uhhhh well class over you did good" Jeffery said not knowing exactly what to say.
the group dispersed without problem, riolu and machop both looked at Jeffery with confusion in their eyes.
"I guess you can never underestimate the appeal of total peace of mind" Jeffery said with a shrug.
"wonder what else there is to do around here" Jeffery said scanning the town back and forth, eventually finding something that interested him a multi level mall.
"eh got nothing else to do" Jeffery shrugged and wandered off to the mall entrance.

once inside Jeffery was assaulted by lights and displays which caused riolu to run around holding his eyes screaming "OOOOOOOOOOOL" after grabbing riolu, apologizing to all the customers and scratching him behind the ear to calm him down he made his way to the food court and bought a taco,a burger and a drink which he then sat down at one of the many tables and started to eat his food.

Aari was in an unusual position. In-between her fits of laughter she found herself tangled up. Rosgry was splashing in the water as Trevor was stripping. Aari just laughed harder.
She got up and watched the Pokémon and Trevor play and joke around. She smiled.
?Hey Aari? Trevor called. ?Come here a sec? he yelled still being splashed by Rosgry.
Aari obliged and walked over gracefully. ?Yeah?? She asked looking at Rosgry.
? Splash!

The water soaked Aari?s upper body. She screamed and laughed as she fell onto to soft sand. Aari put down Togepi and ran towards the shallow parts of water. She fetched a fair amount of water and proceeded to splash Trevor. She bent down again to grab some more when she felt a hand on her back that pushed her. Aari screamed/laughed and fell into the shallow water. Trevor was in a fit of laughter. Giving Rosgry a high five he kept laughing.

?What if my clothes go see through?!? Aari yelled, half laughing.
Trevor didn?t say anything. ?Shoulda? thought of that!? Aari yelled as she splashed Trevor again. He returned the favour, soaking her hair. ?I give up? Aari exclaimed.
She laughed as she collected Togepi. Aari walked back to her blanket and wrapped it around herself. ?Um? Aari?? Magnus said, a look of confusion shrouded his face?

I?ve been attacked by the worst water Pokémon? Trevor? She laughed?

jeffery was eating his food when he looked across at two suspicious gentlemen sitting down across from him in black trench coats.
"huh did`nt know there were black trench coats" Jeffery said taking a bite out of his taco, after a brief discussion the two men got up and made their way for the exit.

"those guys seem suspicious, I`m gonna tail em" Jeffery said taking a final bite from his food and casually walking out behind them,the two men took a right and made their way to the back alley and started discussing something else, all Jeffery could overhear of their conversation was "let`s try not to fuck up like last time" "yeah those bastards are going down" "team rocket will rule". Jeffery pulled his head away from the wall and was freaking out.
"I fucking knew Aari was a rocket operative how else could they know we were here" Jeffery said a little bit too loudly the two goons immediately ran out from the alley and saw Jeffery "hey it`s one of those kids GET HIM" a goon yelled, Jeffery turned tail and ran for the beach,with the two muggers giving chase.

Magnus saw Jeffrey running towards the beach, just north of town. He saw that he was being followed by two men in dark trenchcoats.
Seriously, they're wearing black trench-coats? How much more obvious can you get? Well, maybe if they wore a big sign that said, 'I am a bad guy...shoot me.', but that's beside the point.

"Quake, come on out." The Wooper that Magnus had caught earlier beamed out of the pokeball and in front of his new trainer. "Use water gun on the two men in those big black coats please." Quake sprayed a blast of water from his mouth and soaked the two thugs, slowing them down tremendously, allowing Jeffrey to get to the others. The two men cast off their waterlogged coats, revealing black Team Rocket uniforms.

"Magnus, Aari is a Team Rocket member, that's how they found us!" Jeffrey yelled, somewhat hysterically.

"How can you say something like that, Jeffrey?" Magnus asked the younger Trainer. "Why would Aari go through all the trouble of helping us if she was just going to turn us over to Team Rocket? You need to stop being paranoid."

"I'm not being paranoid! Her and Team Rocket are trying to get us!"

"She's not a Rocket, Jeffrey. Oh shit, here they come." Magnus saw the two Rocket's recovering from the Water Gun and coming towards them.

"Hey, it's more of the kids from the Pewter job. It looks like the stupid one led us straight to his buddies. We can take them back to Lucille and she'll promote us." Each of the two pulled out a pokeball and called out their Pokemon, a Zangoose and a Seviper.

"Alright guys, looks like a double battle. Aari, gimme a hand please?" Magnus called over Aari and beckoned for her to join the battle with him.

Distracted by the commotion Rosgry and Trevor ran over to the fight, still dripping from the water. "Hope you dont mind if Aari and I handle this one do ya Magnus? We've been meaning to work out some frustrations haven't we Rosgry?
Rosgry said nothing and assumed a fighting stance, his visor lighting up as he saw all the possibilities of this fight.

"oh fuck you I am not stupid I did`nt even know that these guys were gonna be here" Jeffery yelled at the rockets. he then turned to magnus and said
"magnus she gave us directions to the place where the two goons who seem oddly familiar were waiting to get us she was trying to set us up. jeffery said slapping the back of his left hand onto the palm of his right as if to indicate that this was proof of some kind
"hey those guys are familiar, wait a minute... those are the guys that attacked the gym back in pewter ha man I kicked their asses"

Aari was confused. ?Team Rocket?? she asked. ?Hey maybe if we grab that Togepi, we?ll get a bonus? one of the men said, a nasty smirk on his face. Aari turned to Trevor.
?I?m not a good battler? she said, a worried expression on her face. ?Don?t worry?
Aari let out Seel and Trevor was focused on battle with Rosgry. Jeffery was confused.
?Why is she battling her own kind?? Jeffery hissed. ?Stupid girl? he finished.
Aari was quite upset by this. Her eyes watering and her skin turning into a mixture of pale white and blue. Aari fell a little bit; she whispered something into Seel?s ear.

?Alright, take my Seel? she said. Seel hopped over to the Zangoose. They eyed each other. ?Now!? Aari yelled and an Aurora Beam sent Zangoose flying into the sand.
?That?s underhanded!? the Rockets and Jeffery called. ?Aren?t these people bad??
Aari asked. A small smirk on her face. ?So we should be underhanded too?? Aari felt a little bit dazed by this scenario. The Zangoose got up, it was weaker than before.
?Alright, then. Nice one Aari and Trevor, can you match that?? Magnus laughed.

?I certainly can? Trevor called sending Rosgry out a little more.
Aari looked at the tall men in the black trench coats. Their faces looked as if they hadn?t been washed in awhile. Their Pokémon looked quite evil but sort of peculiar.
Aari stood back when she seen the thing that scared her most.
In one hand, both of them were holding knives.......

"aw crap" Jeffery said his voice being lowered to a whisper and his face being turned white he darted his eyes around the beach to find something he could use to his advantage he spotted a rock along the coast near the shore he was able to sneak over and pick it up without the rocket`s noticing he then hurled it at the rocket on the left getting him right in the head causing a scrape and some blood.
"why you little shit" he yelled he then charged at Jeffery but due to the sand was slowed down to the point that Jeffery was able to sidestep him and trip him, while on the ground the grunt was getting kicked in the ribs by Jeffery causing him immense pain.
"OW OW OW" the grunt yelled in between kicks. the other grunt in an attempt to help his buddy charged at Jeffery to stop him. Trevor called out to warn Jeffery but Jeffery simply thought it was a cry to stop so he simply responded with "Trevor the`re rocket`s they deserve it" the grunt was still running at Jeffery and by the time he had noticed the rocket had already grabbed him and held a knife to his throat.
"okay now if you want you`re friend to live you`re gonna put your Pokemon back in their poke balls and put them down on the ground" the grunt yelled as the other grunt got back on his feet and punched Jeffery in the gut.

?Oh shit? Aari whispered. She never liked swearing but she didn?t really care anymore. Aari froze and looked around, the beach was almost empty. The last people were leaving anyway. The grunt that held the knife by Jeffery?s throat let go. Jeffery fell to the ground, his face hitting the soft sand but he was still under tremendous pain. The grunts walked to Trevor and Aari and eyed them up and down. ?Sweet and sour? one of them laughed.
Aari had silently returned Togepi and her Seel before they came over.

Another grunt came running down the beach. ?You found them!? he yelled.
Trevor was thrown the ground and hit repeatedly in the stomach.
As Jeffery was getting up he was kicked again, in the ribs. The knife to his throat.
Aari backed away but hit off the new grunt. ?Well hello? he said, a grin on his face.
His hand went to grab Aari?s hip but her knee found its way to his gut first.
She turned and ran to Jeffery. As she ran she was grabbed by the hair and flung back.
Aari let out a scream and shriek of pain as she backed away again.

?Why don?t we just kill em? and bring their Pokémon to Lucille?? one asked.
?Why not play and taunt them?? another said. His knife to Jeffery?s throat.
?Alright, but not for too long? the other grunt answered.
He kicked Trevor again in the ribs.
Trevor fell to the ground, blood dripping slowly from his mouth. He winced.
?Where the hell is Rodney?? Aari screamed.
?Shut up you little *****!? a grunt yelled sending his fist into her jaw.

Aari fell back, blood in her mouth, unconscious?

Rodney was shocked, his anger now boiling at his two friends being hurt.

He called Chompers to his side, "Chompers, I want you to use bite...no Crunch if you know it" he said to Chompers, Chompers nodded then turned around, but turned back when he saw no pokemon were present "Yes....on the Rocket that has Jeffrey..." Chompers nodded solemly and then rushed at the Rocket full force who was distracted by Jeffrey's squirming.

Chompers leaped at him and carved the man right in to two small halves splattering guts and blood all over Jeffrey, Rodney then went over and picked up the knife the grunt was holding.

The other Rocket member was terrified, Rodney rushed right at him and leaped slashing with the knife.

He missed and the grunt had punched him squarely in the gut dropping him in mid air,winding him and causing Rodney to throw up.

Rodney tried to pull himself up blood pouring from his mouth, as soon as he stood up the rocket member who was waiting for him to get up fell with an arrow shot by Magnus launched firmly into his skull.

Rodney collasped...

It was several hours before he woke up in a hospital bed, with cameras and news teams surrounding him and his friends, he learnt the actions had been dubbed the "Ceruelean Beach Brawl" which hid the sheer gruesomeness of what actually happened. He turned weakly and saw Chompers waiting for him, he had been cleaned up and healed and began to dance when Rodney looked at him, Rodney smiled and fell back to sleep.

Ooc: Don't ask why the sudden change of tone but I figured for a return to life post it's not too bad.

Jeffery came in to visit rodney having only suffered some bruises and one broken rib and was bandaged up pretty well he walked up to Rodney and sat down in a nearby chair near his bed he started to rest in his chair waiting for Rodney to wake up.

after about one hour he woke up and checked his watch
"god damn it when will the others get here already" Jeffery said in frustration

Aari awoke in a small dim-lit room. She turned to the left, seeing a bouquet of flowers and candy. Aari turned to the right now. She looked straight into the mirror.
Her silvery-blue eyes had turned a bit darker, her lower lip, had a cut on it and her cheek had a small bruise on it. Now, Aari looked down the bed. She had seen a nice white dress that went down to the thigh. She figured she was in a hospital.

Hopping out of the bed, Aari took off the hospital regulation outfit. She grabbed the white dress and put it on, being careful with her head. She then saw a pair of runners and put them on too. She looked into the mirror. She fixed her hair as possible and left her room. She walked casually without creating suspicion, even though she was in pain.
Walking through a corridor, she had seen a bunch of people looking through a small window. She pushed them away and looked at Rodney and Jeffery. She opened the door.

?Is he okay?? she whispered.
?He?ll be fine? Jeffery answered, lying in his chair.
?And you?? Aari replied?
?I?m fine too, thanks? Jeffery had turned his straight face into a face of embarrassment.
?I?m sorry for thinking you were a rocket member? Jeffery confessed.
Aari sighed but smiled too. She sat beside Rodney on the other side.

?What about Magnus, Jared and Trevor?? Jeffery asked her.
?I don?t know? she replied, losing her voice and lowering her head?

"well maybe we should go look for them" Jeffery said making his way for the door but was interrupted by his two Pokemon tackling him and giving him a big hug they were overjoyed to see Jeffery alive and all three were crying tears of joy, making Aari laugh.

Jeffery was in crippling pain when he got tackled but did`nt care he picked his two Pokemon up and gave them a big hug but after about ten seconds of hugging something strange started to happen to riolu he began to glow and grow Jeffery dropped him with machop still in his arms he saw riolu change shape and evolve once the process was over the riolu that Jeffery began his journey with was gone what stood before him was a lucario who turned to jeffery and comunicated with his mind "shocked as usual eh".
"wait what was that" jeffery said still confused.
"well that was me communicating with the ol, mind up here" lucario telepathically shot back pointing to his head.
"sweet my Pokemon can talk to other humans" Jeffery said raising his fist up and pulling it down in front of his face.
"ummmm excuse me who are you talking too" Aari said a little confused.
"I`m talking to lucario he can communicate telepathically" Jeffery said in a Know-it all tone
"it`s true you know" lucario telepathically told Aari.
"uhhhhh Jeffery you`re Pokemon is talking" Aari said whispering to Jeff.
"yeah he`s supposed to do that" Jeffery retorted "I had only heard about lucario`s telepathic abilities I just though it was all Bull shit but fuck it`s real" Jeffery said with a huge smile on his face.

Aari stood idle looking at Lucario. He scanned the room and leaned against the door.
?Wow, he can talk? Aari said, a little dazed. Rodney opened his eyes and was shaken by Aari.

?You?re Okay!? she chanted, hugging Rodney.
?Umm... Aari... You?re hurting me? Rodney said, eyeing Jeffery and Lucario.
Aari stood back and Rodney started talking to Lucario.
His conversation was shortened when Aari burst into a laugh.
A knock came from the door and Lucario darted behind Jeffery.

?Open the damn door? Magnus called.
Jeffery opened the door and Magnus walked in.
Aari zoomed towards him and gave him a hug. ?You?re okay too? she said.
Aari noticed that she turned incredibly red and sprinted around the corner of the bed.
?Where?s Trevor?? Jeffery asked Magnus.
?Asleep, poor guy? Magnus said, Lucario in sight.
?What the hell?? Magnus asked, sending his question into the air.

Aari walked out of the room as Rodney and Jeffery told him about Lucario.
She searched the hospital for Trevor. Finally she came to a small room.
She opened the door and saw Trevor lying there, asleep.
?Last room, of course? she chorused to herself.
?I?m awake ya? know? Trevor said, his eyes still closed..

Rodney being from a small island was troubled by all the cameras and lights, that and the coverage would make them plainly known to Team Rocket.

Rodney checked his watch and noticed it was 12:01am he said to himself sadly, "what a happy birthday it is...."

Ooc: Tis' actually my Bday, I'm getting TF2 if anyone plays and wants to show me the ropes or something.

"okay the gang`s all here" Jeffery said taking a deep breath and clapping his hands together
"I would`nt exactly call them a gang the`re just people we picked up off the street"
lucario telepathically told Jeffery.
"dude no need to bee a douche" Jeffery said turning to face lucario.
"uhhhh what did he just say" Rodney said a little confused.
"forget about it, it was`nt that important" Jeffery said waving his hand in a don`t worry gesture.
"okay but now that everyone`s here what now" Jeffery said to everyone in the group.
"I say we get something to eat" lucario mind spoke to Jeffery.
"seconded" Jeffery said making his way for the door with lucario behind him.
