The ultimate decision should be the woman's.
BECAUSE WOMEN NEVER DO ANYTHING BAD AMIRITE?
Since abortion is a boolean, that also implies men should get no say in the matter.
Sorry, but that line of thinking stopped being fair when women were no longer expected to stay barefoot and pregnant.
A woman has the right to say "no" when a man wants to have sex. The man has the right to say "no" when a woman wants to have children with him.
If a man uses a condom and the woman--for
whatever reason--ends up pregnant, how is that his fault? They don't have a working
male contraceptive yet, so our only other options are vasectomy or not having sex--which is easy for women to advocate, since they aren't exactly known to have significant testosterone levels.

"Having a say" implies that your words will have impact on the person, it, in most circumstances, wont.
No, "having a say" means you get to have some input. Not all women do whatever the fuck they want, and, in fact, many actually
do consider what their boyfriends/husbands say on the subject.

men should have a say on not having an abortion not the other way. the again, i think nobody should have the option of aborting for having sex while not being ready to mantain a child in case the counterconception methods fails.
Just because you owe your life to that kind of thinking doesn't make it right.
