I think there is a diffrence in having an oppinion and being mean.

If people make threads that have already been done I don't see any problem because otherwise there will eventually be nothing to talk about.

Due to the fact that all of us has been a newcomer at some point, I think we should treat them with more respect, and instead of saying "OMG that's been soo overdone God why can't people be original?" we should be saying "Hey, some of us old folk get fed up with the same threads being done repeatedly, there's a search tool so next time please check if somethings been done before."

Also yes, I think new people should be welcomed on here, to show we're decent, kind and friendly people who like the diversity of users on this site
