I prefer cats.

I think it's because I can be a loner at times and I don't always want attention. :/

My dogs have always been big, fluffy and friendly. My cat is kind of a dick.

Or maybe I just suck at raising cats....

I like both. I mean I even have 1 of each. My cat usually just chills with me while I play Xbox while my dog is more fun when I am feeling more physically active.

It really would come down to the type of the cat or dog if I had to pick a favorite.

cats are slightly less work, you dont need to take them on walks, and they're cuddly and cute and whatnot.
dogs are messy but they're pretty badass, and you get a real sense of loyalty which is cool... plus HUSKIES!

I love both...but in my current situation, I'm a cat person. At least for the moment. It's more convinient to have a cat as a pet.

Gonna be boring and say both.
I have a cat and dog, I love to have my cat sat on my lap or next to me while I'm on my laptop.
I also like to have my dog there too, but when I want to go for a walk or do something more, it's clearly going to be the dog I take. Plus the dog is far more excited when I walk through the door.

I like doggies. I have a german shepherd and shes rather active and fun to play with. Cats are ok but aren't as fun to play with.

Why isn't sheep an option? Because I spent a lot of time on a farm as a kid, and I had this lamb that would follow me around, beg for food at the table, do tricks etc.

But yeah, I'm totally a cat person. Never liked dogs, especially not big ones.

Cats, the only roblem is when my girl kitten is on heat and decides to hump my face. But in lamemans terms.OMGZ THEY IZ SO CUTEZ AND FLUFFLIEZ.

Cats, cats, cats - My significant other is a dog person, and every day living with a dog just further reinforces my sentiments (and the dog is a pretty great dog at that).

Cats, at least my decades of experience with them, they're simple to provide for, and nothing beats a kitty in your lap purring. Plus you don't have to get slobbered all over.
