Definitely getting it for PS3. Being a huge Metal fan probably helps, and I can understand why some people wouldn't find it appealing.

Brutal Legend is coming out this week and I for one am really excited after playing the demo. It's made by Tim Schafer so I don't see how it could possibly be bad. So who else is excited (or dismayed) about this game's release? What are your thoughts on the glimpses we've been given so far? Will the multiplayer totally suck? Discuss.

I played the Demo, twice. I want to like it, I really want to like it. It's one of the only games to actually make me laugh out loud. But the combat, the combat ffs! It's so terrible =( It put me off it, so no, i won't be buying this game.

How is the combat terrible? Seems just fine to me.

Yeah, the level design looks allright but people, it looks like a joke. If I want the music I'll go to itunes.

You're going to agree with the opinion of a guy who hasn't even actually played the Demo yet, probably only seen a few trailers, and not the open world aspect in action? Perfect logic.

I mostly want Uncharted 2 and Borderlands but Im still looking forward to the game. Multiplayer is going to be like Overlord's though. No-one will play it.

As soon as possible yet that might be a while with Left 4 Dead 2, Modern Warfare 2, Borderlands, and Dragon Age coming out pretty quick. I loved the demo, and I think although the gameplay will probably get repetetive but I thought the cutscenes were hilarious, the msic was great, and the environments and characters were awesome. Plus, I loved Psychonauts.

Well it's not really an opinion when you state "No one will play the multiplayer of Brutal Legend for it resembles Overlord to me." It seemed like you said it like an asshole who treats what he says as fact and thinks people who disagree with his opinion is wrong.
