I run 3 x 1 hour a week and work out 3 x 1 hour a week. I think I'd classify myself as lean.

i don't look muscular but i don't look scrawny either. i'm a very good distance runner though and apparently have a very strong punch. i have great endurance and persistance so i guess that coun ts for something.

so i'd actually class my body as lean.

I play some football, and having kids mean I go for a lot of walks.
Other than that it's not very much.

Cyclist and swimmer.

I'm like an enormous twig, made of titanium. People never expect me to have any strength...

... I'd kill for a more muscular figure though, I don't want to be massive, just a bit less like a walking match stick.

I used to be a pro wrestler until I had a heart attack at 17 for carrying around to much mass (close to 15 stone some weeks)

Now I'm just average, however I am beginning to hit the gym again as I am unhappy with my bodies appearance. Won't get quite so large, but I'll be bigger, stronger and faster than I am at the moment.

I'm not sure how to judge my muscularity.All I know is that I'm not fat nor am I a stick figure.

I swim and I fence, but I don't have time to swim as much as I used to.

While both those sports are good for general fitness, especially with regard to cardio, neither are particularly good for building up muscles. So no, I'm not muscular in the least. But I am stronger than I look.

I've gotten short on fitness due to laziness/lack of opportunity during exam period so I'm kind of thickset at the moment, but I've no doubts I'm still reasonably strong, even if I couldn't go and run a marathon.

Not really, but I'm getting there, Slowly because my girlfriend has a "thing" for tummys, and is trying to convince me out of soccer.

I've played sports my whole life, so I've got an athletic build. However, I haven't been playing recently, so I'm starting to pack on the weight...which is BAD. Time to hit the gym! :)

I have been playing pro baseball for about 3 years now and yes I am pretty muscular in my arms and my legs are pretty nice to, mainly because i play as a catcher in the team

Im Parkour fit. I go running every day for about 3 hours with my friend, because where we live its easy to do Parkour.
