This poll is hideously limited, as evinced by the giant percentage of "other" votes. As well, "best" is an ill-defined and entirely subjective adjective, so I'm surprised there's argument at all.

Besides, the answer is Keitaro Urashima. Dude's invincible.

If I'm not mistaken, Youtube also started cracking down on videos that infringed copyright, since the Japanese entertainment industry started breathing heavily down Google's back.

You need to go to the smaller sites... Google, funny enough, is your friend in this regard.

Also, I've seen the first episode of the Hellsing OVA. I loved the showdown between Father Alexander and Alucard at the end... holy bayonets FTW!
